There's definitely older ones, that's been established via the Nico debacle.  It looks to me from the pic that he picked the little one up and then moved down from where they were sitting to have a better shot of getting on the FLEX-CAM.  Fiance took the pic from where they were sitting with other kids.

Rarely ever gonna flex in public, so having big fuller, less peaky biceps is better, look huge relaxed but not as impressive when flexed
