My dad has crohns and is about 70 years old. 5 years ago he had 12” of his intestines and appendix removed. He pretty much can’t eat anything. Very restricted diet. There is no way someone with Crohns can eat what bhanks eats on a daily basis.

Actually, I think Bryan makes up all these medical conditions to keep them in his back pocket to make excuses for piss, poor physique that’s been built solely by drugs

Again I have to do this show to qualify for nationals. It is also a pro am it is absolutely the biggest show I could find I am driving 6 hours away to compete in it. They get half a dozen guys in the over 40 class some years it should be a tough show.

I am going to win this show.

Started getting serious yesterday downloaded my fitness pal put in everything I ate and it gives me total calories and macros very easy

This is the last week of cruising next week the diet and exercise will pick up pace
