I didn't trained legs when I was getting punched in the face multiple times by my boxing coach but yeah I guess I'm a pussy

Leg training does not even come close in the level of hardness to boxing conditioning and for me leg training is just so dull and boring

I remember back in the day when I trained legs with my buddy and our trainer he would call me out on faking intensity and the funny thing is he was right😅

But nowadays lots of them say to train 2 reps shy of failure or 2 RIR, but when I train upper and do my work sets it's impossible for me not to train to failure, don't know how these guys can leave 2 in the tank

Been doing the chinups like you told me and they are improving, like mentzer once said "they are the vest bicep exercise"

Goal is to work up to 50 pounds added to.my waist for 10 strict reps, once I can do that I should have pretty big biceps that's if I will ever do that but I think I can💪

I'm not sure bro I haven't benched in a while

Just recently I took a full 2 weeks off from training and I didn't lose any strength and in fact I gained strength on my DB side laterals

Thank you sir, Yeah I got 70s for 100 a week or so ago. My rep strength is pretty strong as I do lots of reps more than weight.

I also did the 80s for more than 60 a week or two ago.

Hammer one leg extension 5 x 10-15- no rest between legs
adductors 4 x 12
hack squats- 3 x 15
leg press 6 x 15

calf raise 5 x 15
seated calf 3 x 25

lovely session
massive pump and as I was leaving ne of the fitness birds said I had bigger calves than jack grealish!
