DB Squats - 7 sets at 130's

Flat Bench - 135 x 10, 135 x10, 225 x 10, Drop sets 315 x 3 225 x 10, 135 x 10,   315 x 2 , 225 x 8, 135 x 10, 315 x 2 , 225 x 8, 135 x 10

One hour circuit for rounds

Hex Bar Deads - 405 x 3
Incline Barbell Bench - 135 x 10
RDLs w 80's x 6-8 superset toe raises
Banded Cable crossover superset banded cable ab crunches

20 min - slow walk on treadmill at 10 degree incline.

4 - 5:30  - Weights - Shoulders  - tons of drop and supersets w DB military press and laterals, KB swings, Barbell High pulls, banded rear delts etc.   

6 - 7:30 BJJ
