Between the ages of 3 and 58, president Donald Trump inherited at least $413 million from his father’s business empire. Not bad for 'seed money' and a healthy 'safety net'.

Like the saying goes "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" some of which depends on winning or losing multiple lawsuits and paying a shitload of court costs and attorney's fees.

Trump's businesses generated at least $446.3 million in sales in 2019. That dropped about 40% to $278 million in 2020.

New York Magazine. "Trump's Revenue Is Cratering at the Worst Possible Time."

The Trump National Doral golf resort generated the most revenue of any of the former president's businesses in 2019, posting $77.2 million in sales. Its revenue plunged more than 40% in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic year.

Trump's net worth slipped to about $2.3 billion during his presidency compared to about $3 billion before he took office, according to Bloomberg. Not sure how his net worth known since revenue is what one has before deductions for all expenses. Maybe this is why it is only estimated.

Separately, Forbes estimates his current wealth at $2.1 billion.
Trump's personal income is unknown because he lists business revenue instead of profit on his financial disclosures.

There you go again using the most leftist rag you can find in “New York Magazine” let me ask you. Is it even possible for your think on your own? And if this is true, what do you suppose is the reason for this? I know, let’s see if you can figure it out with something you Google.

In 2020 what do you suspect caused that 40% drop in revenue? 🤔

Turnabout is fair play. You constantly cut and paste from the most rightist rags you can find. Someone around here need to balance the nonsense you post out... you are welcome, it is my pleasure.

How about you dispute that one sentence about the current state of his finances which is the only piece of my post that came from the New York Magazine.

If you can dispute it, your source will be... let me guess, the Gateway Pundit. Which appears to be your only source of information.

You probably think admitting openly in front of the world what you are indicted for isn't good enough for a conviction either.   ::)

What in my post gives you the idea I don't know anything about Trump's businesses and business practices. Everything he does including taking a shit is in the news and has been for some time, including his (at least) six bankruptcies.

Failed businesses:

Trump Steaks - started in 2007 folded after 2 months

2. GoTrump - travel agency website which started in 2006 and closed in 2007

3. Trump Airlines - In 1988, he bought an airline. After only 18 months, it lost over $125 million.

4. Trump Vodka - Launched in 2005 - ended production in 2011. Note, empty and unopened bottles can be bought in EBay for ridiculous prices. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=Trump+Vodka&_sacat=0

5. Trump Mortgage - First Meridian Mortgage was renamed as Trump Financial. After a few years, Trump Financial closed and the company reverted to its original name.

6. Trump: The Game - Discontinued production by Parker Brothers / Hasbro

7. Trump Magazine - Publication ended in 2009 due to sagging ad sales

8. Trump University - Open from 2005 to 2010. Former students sued Trump for fraud and won a $25 million settlement.

9. Trump Ice - A bottled water product. It was discontinued in 2010

10. The New Jersey Generals - Trump purchased it in 1984 for between $5 million and $10 million. Following a lawsuit against the NFL they shutdown. This is just one of many teams that Trump tried to buy over the years.

11. Tour de Trump - Trump’s namesake race lasted only two years, the short run largely thanks to his empire’s billions of dollars of debt.

12. Trump Network - Not dead but bleeding badly, Trump to date has lost $550 million from his net worth due to Truth Social's failure to produce.

Although not Trump personal bankruptcies to date, hotels and casino businesses of his have declared bankruptcy six times between 1991 and 2009 due to its inability to meet required payments and to re-negotiate debt with banks, owners of stock and bonds and various small businesses (unsecured creditors). Two Trump-branded real estate projects in Florida that have gone into foreclosure.

As of May, Forbes estimates Trump's net worth at $2.5 billion, putting the real estate developer at No. 1,232 on the magazine's list of the world's richest billionaires.

You obviously don't have any idea how wealthy the man was before he took office or how he made his billions.  Or the fact that Biden became wealthy as a result of his taxpayer funded jobs.  And the fact you highlight that Trump is only "1,232 on the magazine's list of the world's richest billionaires" is hilarious.  He's one of a comparative handful of billionaires on a planet with 8 billion people.  lol

Trump Derangement Syndrome is real.

Come on Prime you have to at least acknowledge if not agree with what Dos has said
Trump was a billionaire before politics & being president & still is a billionaire.

Pedo Pete got his millions & family millions by tax funded job ??
And you don't question that??  How he get so much money ??

I seriously think Biden has been seriously crooked while in government office,
Tell me I'm wrong - Pedo Pete & his son are Saints aren't they ??

Wrong. My overall response to your post is 'big deal and who gives a shit'. I don't care how wealthy Trump is today or before he took office. Financial wealth does not ensure a person of good character or qualify them to run a country, it only means they have more money than other folks. Vladimir Putin is estimated to be worth $200 billion. Muammar Gaddafi wealth was estimated to have been worth $200 billion (in 2011). Since you seem to think great wealth qualifies someone for the office, which of these folks would you choose to be President of the United States, Jeff Bezos $125 billion, Elon Musk $235 billion, Bill Gates $120 billion, or Mark Zuckerberg $102 billion.

FYI, there is nothing wrong with working in the public sector and in elected positions. If it were not for the folks willing to run for public office, there would be no public services, the infrastructure we enjoy daily, or any semblance of law and order. In the total absence of government there is absolute chaos and anarchy.

Holy smokes.  You're all over the place.  I never said being wealthy qualifies someone for public office.  The issue is whether someone is wealthy before taking office or becomes wealthy as a result of taking office.

Like Bernie Sanders, who would have never in a million (so to speak) years been a multimillionaire if he wasn't a U.S. Senator.

Same with Joe Biden, who is a dishonest idiot.  He would have been broke if not for his public office and particularly becoming VP.  But you don't care about his family collecting bags of cash because you're a blind partisan.

Trump, on other hand, was wealthy before taking office and became LESS wealthy after taking office.

Remember the distinction is the companies who create multiple entities have an actual business where they are providing a product or service.  The Biden Crime Family does not provide a product or service.  They don't have any special expertise in any anything.

And I think we are on the same page, but I'm not talking about what can or will be proved in any kind of criminal prosecution or impeachment proceeding.  Just talking about using our common sense to evaluate what is in plain view.

I get what you are saying about the Biden's. But on paper, it's likely "legit" because of the way the laws are set up.  They don't have to have expertise in anything (although Hunter's wiki makes it like he does  ::)). They simply have to have customers who are happy to pay for whatever they offer.  That's why I would love to see their books.

So what I am saying is that "common sense in plain view" doesn't do anything.  It only reinforces a preexisting belief that is not based on fact.  And "common sense in plain view" will sway very few people who will need facts to abandon their support of Biden.

Good luck getting a government of crooks convicted.   >:( >:( >:(

I'm not really talking about criminal convictions.  Like I mentioned, I seriously doubt anyone is convicted of anything.

I disagree about using common sense and believing what you see.  Things usually are as they appear to be.  If something looks corrupt, it probably is.  And my belief is based on a number of facts:  20 LLCs, over $20M flowing through about 40 banks, to multiple Biden family members, where there is no actual business that provides a product or service, the WhatsApp messages from Hunter shaking down a Chinese company for millions, with about $5M coming in less than two weeks later.  None of this is conjecture.  These are facts.

You're saying these facts will not lead to a criminal conviction.  I'm agreeing with you.  I'm saying these facts are overwhelming evidence of corruption.  To conclude otherwise means you believe there is an innocent explanation for all of this.  I cannot think of one.
