Every diet you mention there are fad diets without scientific data. I go by what research and medical field says and not some pseudo science social media influencers eating only meat, bananas or what not. Same thing with the seed oil myth that it's inflammatory or what not. social media bs...
I'm simply saying there are different opinions. Trump and Kennedy changed the food recs recently and they have their own scientists offering "expert scientific opinion." It's often hard for common folks to tease out the "truth." I'm in that group too of course. From what I've gathered I agree it seems the panic over seed oils is unwarranted. "The science" does get things wrong too, things evolve, e.g. eggs and cholesterol. I don't often buy into huge conspiracies though.
BTW, for those tossing the meds, I know Citrus Bergamott has been claimed by bodybuilding forum members to help cholesterol. Of course, as another poster pointed out the retatrutide seems interesting in this respect. If hadn't had pancreatitis I would be on it.
