When Jay trained with Ronnie, they did parking lot lunges. Jay hurt himself trying to keep up with him. Ronnie's a beast - I believe the wieght claim

The most i've ever seen Ronnie do was 185, and i thought that was pretty damn impressive.


it actually was in one of skip's videos.  that's where i saw it.  he had like a low block that he stepped off of.  i was suprised he did that and decent form - considering his form on some other movements.

it was the video that was out in 2003 i believe.

Speaking of Jay Cutler, I have never seen him lift anything heavy. For a guy his size I find it hard to believe the weights he lifts in his videos is all he can do.

i lunge with 225 knee to the floor...
so 365 should be no problem to coleman
i have seen him do 2 plates and a hlf per sides on a dvd.. not sure which

I have a friend, who Keith knows as well, named Raoul Fulcher.  He won the Cal heavyweight class the year that Flex won the lightheavies and overall.  He also won the Hawaiian Islands in 2001, and placed sixth in the nationals in the superheavys that same year.  Long story short, he would do "side lunges" with 315.  I have seen it with my own eyes, and most people at "The Gym" Honolulu, Golds Gym Honolulu, and the former Worlds Gym Honolulu (owned by Shane Morioka, not Francois) has seen this.  Pretty amazing.  Raoul was/is one strong mofo.  When I last saw him, he was down on size.

yeah i guess 405 for 4 on the incline, 140lb. db's on shoulder presses, 405lb. barbell rows and 8 plate per side hacks is light ::) moron.

Raoul was defintely very very strong.  He did bent over rows with 500+ on t-bar rows like nothing too.  I talked to him last year I think.  He was living in Venice I think too.  I email him every now and then.

Also, did anyone get a weird call from Quincy Taylor today.  I did and I just thought about it.

Coleman could do lunges with 365 X 12/15... I'm pretty sure. I know quite a few solid (not great) PF'ers that can do 315 X 10, so I'd think it would be reasonable for Coleman. IMO.
