Ronnie told me personally that he has never competed over 255 lbs.I am not saying he is right or wrong that is what he told me in November 2005.Sometimes Ronnies says some dumb things such as on the Jay Leno show that he is .3 percent bodyfat and yes, he did say "Point 3 percent".Who knows.

I don't buy it. He is definitely much heavier than Haney at the same height(though not necessarily better), snd Haney competed at around 245. I have the video of the '88 weigh-in, and Haney was 242 on the scale.Ronnie told me personally that he was 272 when I spoke to him two days out from the '01 Olympia. He looked every bit of it, so I can't fathom why he told you he never competes over 255.
