Gather up some dry small growth and twigs to get a boy scout blaze going on top of each, add a few mid sized logs. Once it burns down to ground level do a kegdrainer and put a good sized rock on top in case it rains. It also insulates and helps the burn.

Makes it way easier to get your backhoe across it. We can't all be Irongrip with his 50 ton excavators.
