March 01, 2023

Meal # 1 Pre-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water

Meal # 2 Post-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water
1 cup of steel cut outs mixed into the shake

Meal # 3:
2 cans of water packed tuna with just a bit of mayo
a handful of potato chips (I wish I had bigger hands ;D )
12 oz. Crystal-Lite

Meal # 4:
Humongous homemade taco with taco mix,ground beef,shredded cheese, diced tomatoes,shredded lettuce,on a huge tortilla
16 oz. Crystal-Lite

Meal # 5:
Humongous homemade taco with taco mix,ground beef,shredded cheese, diced tomatoes,shredded lettuce,on a huge tortilla

my wife makes a taco salad very similar to that.One of the few things she makes that not full of fat and grease

I made quite  a bit of it so those badboys are on todays menu also.....they`re awesome.

I made quite  a bit of it so those badboys are on todays menu also.....they`re awesome.

Must be Mexican week. Wife made Chicken in the InstaPot, with some Mexican seasoning.
Shred chicken once cooked.

Been having it on a large Tortilla wrap, with a bit of cheese and some home-made salsa.
Now I have a container of it in the fridge for some daily meals. Very good stuff.

Finally got around to listenting to the Keto Kid's suggestion of raw milk and purchased beef bones, uncured beef sausage, and raw milk and yogurt.

Pretty fantastic stuff, to be honest.

(I was on the road and neglected to pack my 2 suitcases full of food and 2 gallons of water....I feel so ashamed)   :D

5 whole eggs scrambled in Pam
2 slices of rye toast with sugar-free jelly
1 banana
12 oz. OJ

Meal # 4:
Baked chicken breast
cottage cheese
tomato slices
Crystal Lite

SNACK:
Ate some Ritz crackers with cheddar cheese spread while watching boxing.

Drank 2 coffees,6 oz.of OJ,and 2 Tbsps. of honey then trained.

Meal #1 Post-Workout:

1 scoop of whey in water (fell asleep,just woke up)

Where do you get raw milk?

I googled it and found that a farm the next town over was a licensed seller.

I had literally driven past it 100s of times and had no idea it was there, as it's mixed into a residential area.

I am going to stay with it for a while.......eating day has been like this:

Breakfast:
Either salmon / bison / boar / elk, etc with greek yogurt, 3 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1-2 ezekiel bread, depending on workout, glass raw milk

Snack - shake with blueberries or mangos, protein, raw milk

Preworkout is black coffee with laird functional mushroom creamer and two tbsp of maple syrup, sometimes cup raw milk and blend

Dinner - similar to breakfast - some meat, maybe baked broccoli, occasional small carb etc....

I don't count the macros, but I'm never hungry and love all the foods. I've put on about 10lbs since Sept and it feels like (mostly) good weight.   Would take about 6-8 weeks to be beach shape if I want to go that route.
