Too much math and knowledge involved to figure out what that would work out to in terms of mg secreted per day  :P

What I was curious about was how much an adolescent would secrete when they are growing the most and how much that would work out to in milligrams or units. I don't even know what age that would be, maybe at 14 or maybe way younger, don't know. Like a young teen will never get water retention from their natural GH, so maybe they could tolerate way more than an adult would if supplied exogenously. The earlier example of GH for kids worked out to a little less than 3iu, but maybe there are points in adolescence where production might equal a couple dozen units? I don't know. For cachexia in kids bhanks quote said up to 18iu per day which is a ton from a bb perspective.

Female bodybuilders are adviced to use less GH than males, but females actually have a higher GH production than males naturally, so...

One thing of interest to the aging weightlifter is increased bone density kind of like a wolverine adamadium thing. Thicker heavier bones can take more weight and force giving a greater potential for training and lower risk of injury. I looked into radioactive isotopes to make my bones denser at one point. This seems the better way.

8 automakers misled customers about giving driver data to police, lawmakers say

Eight automakers misled customers about giving their vehicle location data to police without a warrant or court order, according to lawmakers.

Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Volkswagen, BMW, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz and Kia told lawmakers in response to an inquiry that they would provide data to police and other government agencies when subpoenaed, a departure from a prior pledge.

“Automakers have not only kept consumers in the dark regarding their actual practices, but multiple companies misled consumers for over a decade by failing to honor the industry’s own voluntary privacy principles,” Sens. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Edward Markey, D-Mass., wrote in a letter urging the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the manufacturers.

The senators alleged not that the automakers violated privacy laws, but rather that the companies engaged in deceptive conduct by claiming one policy and then enacting another. Deceptive conduct is forbidden by the FTC.

time loss?

I only charge my EV at night when I'm asleep. No loss.

the powergrid probably needs upgrading if everyone goes EV, sure. But it doesn't happen over night. And the powergrid is ever increasing anyways because of population growth

are the power grids actually increasing in size and numbers or are they being taxed more because it’s more of the system being put under stress?

My limited understanding is that this infrastructure is just being taxed as they expand the footprint.

KEY POINTS
* Ashley Biden, the daughter of President Joe Biden, asked a judge to sentence the woman who stole her diary to prison, an unsealed letter shows.
* U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain unsealed the highly emotional letter more than three weeks after sentencing Aimee Harris.
* The judge sentenced Harris to one month in federal jail and three months of home detention.
Oh no, now the world has confirmation that Bitem diddles kids but some people think they should deflect the focus onto a thief. Is a crime really a crime if it exposes crimes against children?

Here's my current set up.

Wake up 30 - 45 min. walk outside.
A couple hours later. 4 hard boiled eggs

Train
Later during the day, salmon, bison, beef or rotisserie chicken.
Mixed greens, bell peppers, cucumber, cabbage, homemade dressing, and I'll add an avocado if it's chicken.

Repeat for dinner.

I really don't want to add any more animals protein because I'm not hungry for it but need the extra protein because of the training I've been doing.

Thanks Deadz, I'll check out Isopure.
I'll check out those old man shakes as well Old-timer.

Try the Dark web for hackers /advice.

That’s why I’m here, I figured one of you guys would know where that is.

In addition… use your Google email account and the Google Photos app as a redundant back up for all your pics.  The back ups are automatic once you install the photos app; the instant you take a pic it is archived in google photos.  iCloud and iPhoto are not bad but I have found Google photos to be just as good if not better.  You can create albums of various kinds (kids, cars, gym, house, bodybuilders, etc) and sort your photos accordingly.  The very first time you install the app it will take a few minutes to archive all the existing photos on your phone.  After that you will be glad to have a redundant back up.  You may access the photos from the app or via computer from the google photos website which is linked to your gmail address.

You may download the Google Photos app from the App Store.  Do it now.  It’s quick, simple, and free.

You are welcome.

I have no clue what any of this means but thanks. Does this mean I have to get a google brand phone?
