DJ with all due respect, did it occur to you that your two biggest problems are a lack of consistency and lack of application of common sense concepts. You've been back on the board a few days and already mentioned changes to training frequency based on the results of two workouts, you've mentioned changes in diet (albeit less so) and in gear use.
If you stuck to a workable training/diet/gear regimen you'd be likely actually make progress. All you seem to have going for you is low bodyfat currently and that's mostly genetic I'll wager. and the rest due to your starvation diet.
Witrh regard to common sense - here's my take, you don't eat nearly enough so why the fuck even bother with gear? Your cycle, to be honest looks less than ideal, and your training, such as you have outlined it leave a bit to be desired. Up your calories, up your protein, SIGIFICANTLY, get on something sane like about 400mg total (perhaps divided in two shots per week) of a long acting test ester per week, throw in the dbol on training days if it gets you in the mood (I don't care) and train your whole body, not just cherry picked exercises, and focus on consistency and progression. You seem like a nut case (I say tongue in cheek) and mileage may vary but some people do well on adding very low doses tren ace - for example using an insulin syring and injecting it sub q about 20mg per day, others the stuff just makes them go a bit off balance, so it might not be right for you.
Feel free to disagree, just a suggestion
