Gossip & Opinions / Re: Hormones and intense excercise builds muscle

Bill Phillips wrote the anabolic reference guide in 1991
Dan Duchaine wrote the Underground Steroid Handbook in 1983

Almost everything online is literally a copy and paste from those 2 books. I read both cover to cover several times in 1998. I generally just read scientific studies now as there is nothing new every guru is just regurgitating the same crap. DJ can just buy those two books and read them and stop watching youtube videos from the gurus of the week. But yeah that was my base in 1998 I have read everything printed on the subject matter since the last 26 years. I have my own opinions and experiences with a lot of things now as well. I also have very different goals. So yeah I may give an opinion someone doesn't agree with that doesn't mean I haven't done my research or don't have exp.
Why would you need to read anything if you only take bio-identical prescribed medication?

Its like reading books on knitting if you dont knit.

I’m on well but have a whole house RO system which is great and all for water quality, but my plumbing is plastic as well as the 500 gallon tank holding the water. Then I fill up a stainless steel gallon jug, but the top is plastic. Can’t get away from plastic entirely which sucks. I firmly believe plastic and Getbig has made me gayer over the years.

They are now saying boiling water removes nearly all microplastics. They also say filters help. I do not boil my drinking water but I do filter all my water.

You should filter that "mind" of yours, shitass maroon that you are.

Hopefully Soros' pets will soon turn on him and make short work of him.

If you haven't posted any recent lifts or physique updates in the last year You are a fucking gimmick.

And if someone recently posted $500 to your bank account, you are fucking bhanky in the ass.

I have a Chronic pec tear. I first tore it at 25 years old. I then tore it again at 40 and 43. The thing with Chronic pec tears is they keep happening. I do not wish to tear it again and have the tendon come off the bone. There are 3 options the way I see it.

1. Never bench press again give up weightlifting and just let it slowly atrophy and weaken.

2. Get it fixed. Do rehab and continue to weightlift which I enjoy doing.

3. Continue to train without getting it fixed until it tears again

I am worth Option 2. I am worth fixing.

I get what you are saying though because that is what happens to everyone eventually, they decide they are not worth it why bother just accept they are old they are married have kids . Why train why practice self care for what and give up. I had given up. I had accepted my torn pec. I had even accepted lack of mobility in my knees my herniated disc etc etc. It was ok I was old I wasn't trying to compete I was not on a sport team. But wait a minute why do you have to be young to be worth fixing? It's the same mentality with training people just decide they are too old what is the point why bother and give up. Fuck that I am not giving up on life and neither should anyone else. Just because you can still perform your everyday activities doesn't mean you are good to go that should not be the bar you should always want to be your best.

Am I going to be Ronnie if I get my pec fixed? Fuck no but I can be a better me. I mean chances are the Dr can't help anyway but what if he can? Why wouldn't I get it fixed?

My wife says just age gracefully. You know who ages gracefully? People who put work into their self care. You know who ages like sour milk people who give up. Why eat right? Why train? Why brush your teeth? Why get out of bed in the morning? For What?

Don't ever think self care is not worth it. Don't ever ask yourself why bother. You are worth it. If you are 85 years old and have crooked teeth get braces why is it ever too late to improve? You are worth it. I am worth it.

Sounds more like a case of "Chronic Repetitive Stupidity" or CRS.

A man with moustache said think 1000 times before takign a decision but once taken never look back. I must make the best of it now and remember the man with the moustaches encouraging words.

It is actually called a "toothbrush" mustache.  Made popular by Charlie Chaplin and less popular by Adolf Hitler.   Personally I thik Moe Howard did it bestest.  Moe even referred to the 'stache as his "personality" when it fell off.
