Lurx, looks like a great gym, nice that you got to use it for free. Thx for the pics.
Not a fan of Hoist either, but it beats not having any option, better than nothing...

I doubt people have a phobia of homosexuals. Most would be indifferent or repulsed, especially by the more vulgar kind, and some may even be sympathetic but fearing homosexuals is highly unlikely.

You should share your thoughts with the folks who wrote that definition at Dictionary.com. Webster's definition is similar.

APA Dictionary of Psychology definition of homophobia:

n. dread or fear of LGBTQ+ people, often associated with prejudice and bias toward them, that leads to discrimination in such areas as employment, housing, and legal rights. Extreme homophobia may lead to physical violence.

There is a detailed description of homophobia in Britannica. https://www.britannica.com/topic/homophobia

"The term homophobia was coined in the late 1960s and was used prominently by George Weinberg, an American clinical psychologist, in his book Society and the Healthy Homosexual (1972)."

The current preponderance of glute endowed youtube women indicates some effectiveness to this exercise.

This list is actually pretty accurate.

I think the pull up bar and cable cross machine are next.

Selling the garage with the lifts is the worst.  Terrible.
