Correct I was on stage at 215lbs I should have ideally been about 205lbs. I was slamming fluids with the carbs after weigh ins and the next day. I was worried about not being full and I should have just taken in carbs without the fluids. I had a least a gallon of fluids post weigh in that's 8lbs. I also just got nervous and ate too much. If I had simply eaten carbs that night after weigh ins and cut all fluids then not eaten at all the next day I would have had a much leaner look but really just a water change not fat.  But live and learn.
IMBECILE.

The thing is I can be 215 and in better condition but I would need to weigh in heavier the previous day. It's not a matter of being fat it is a matter of being mid digestion process on stage. My condition can change dramatically in a few hours with fluid and sodium. I need to be empty and not digesting or processing food or fluids. I didn't do that this last time. I was 203lbs the Tuesday morning after the show and looked spectacular. But yeah I was a little heavier and holding fluid and digesting food at the show. However regardless of not hitting my peak right I still had the muscle to win. I can peak a lot better but yeah I probably should be about 205lbs on stage. But the weight class is 209 and I had a day to eat so I came in as big of a 209 as I could. Does that mean i was just carrying 10lbs of undigested food and extra water yeah probably.  I really just wanted to get through the show and I did that. Next show I will diet the last day vs pigging out not a big fix. My body cant really replenish itself overnight like that.

Honestly I would look better I think if I competed heavier but like as in weighed in heavier and everything was fully digested and carb loaded. I did actually have to cut calories the last week to make weight.

Light heavy is 198lbs this is too much for me
Heavyweight is 225lbs I am not there yet.
Classic is 209lbs this is skip eating 1 day make weight for me

I would like to think I could make the jump to 225lb heavy in the next year or 2 but I also think I would be more competitive at Classic as Heavy guys are shorter and will have larger legs. Eventually given my height I should be a super but it will take time. Also yeah the over 40 classes sometimes dont have the weight divisions anyway.

But regardless I am out going to get some work done may be 2026 by the time I get back to stage.

CNN legal analyst Elie Honig said that the cross-examination of adult film actress and Trump trial witness Stormy Daniels after her testimony against former President Trump was a disaster.


While Honig said that Daniels' testimony about a sexual encounter with Trump in a hotel room in 2006 was "plausible," her responses under cross-examination by Trump's team called her credibility into question.

"Her responses were disastrous," Honig said, referring to the moment when Daniels admitted that she hates Trump.

That’s a big deal," Honig said.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. The charges stem from a years-long investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. The charges are related to alleged payments made ahead of the 2016 presidential election to silence Daniels about an alleged 2006 extramarital affair with Trump.

"When the witness hates the person whose liberty is at stake, that’s a big d--- deal!" Honig said. "And she’s putting out tweets, fantasizing about him being in jail. That really undermines the credibility."

Daniels has made multiple posts about Trump on social media, including writing that she "will go to jail" before she has to "pay a penny" to Trump.   

"The fact that she owes him $500,000 by order of a court, owes Donald Trump a half million dollars, and said, ‘I will never pay him. I will defy a court order,’ the defense is gonna say, ‘She’s willing to defy a court order. She’s not willing to respect an order from a judge. Why is she gonna respect this oath she took?’ So, I thought it went quite poorly on cross-exam," the analyst said.

True it makes it much more likely. However, and I haven't checked data, biceps tears don't seem that uncommon in the general population. I was surprised to hear that many people knew someone who had this happen. Regular folks. Most aren't even recommended surgery even with a full tear which is what I had, I was discouraged too.

I tore mine lifting a welding machine with my moddle finger, there was like a loop at the bottom, over a door sill. And I've been paranoid about this exact injury for like 25 years.

Achilles tears don't seem that uncommon either, everyone seems to know someone.
4 weeks after the operation I was lifting 2.5 lbs plates to start with that arm.

My surgeon was mad because I was rehabbing with too light weights, said at 12 weeks post op I was supposed to be back at full strength. "But I thought I was supposed to be careful?" "No we are not aiming at getting back some function, we are aiming at getting back full strength. As long as you don't yank the weights you are fine." Now at 2 years post I'm not back at full strength still, but that's just because I haven't been training enough.

Great that you finish each session w/ 40 mins on Elliptical SF.
Many ignore cardio... I tend to slack on cardio in winter months as I like to do mine outdoors.
(45 minute daily walk with dog on our hilly course we have in the neighborhood).

When winter is here I tend to only do it like 2 times a week...
