Do you ever switch the chest supported rows for plain bent over rows?
I switch things up quite often, looking back March 26 I did bbell rows. I do them bent over at 90 deg and pretty strict.
I wish my hamstrings would allow me to bend my torso to that angle. I don't perform stiff-legged deads for the same reason.I'm working on my flexibility, but an extremely tight lower body has plagued me since my early 20's. In my teens, I could almost do a full split and easily throw a kick over an average adult's head thanks to martial arts. I don't know what in the fuck happened to make me like I am now.
You're getting old. Start doing more stretching. OH squats and ATG paused squats will loosen you up a bit.
