Basic standing barbell curls (felt good, so I did two extra sets than normal)

I don't always do it but I missed a workout during the week and I was short on time so I did super sets.....damn talk about losing strength towards the end of the workout!

Did chest & back tonight.

I've never tried super-setting the two. I've never been a big fan of super sets. I like giant sets that work the same muscle, but I'm not fond of training one muscle for one set, and then a different muscle right after with no rest. I never felt the second muscle got the effort it deserves that way.
