You're staying in there, and that's good news.

Side note: I watched the biggest loser TV Show the other day, and I was very impressed with a lot of those contestants, and the show wasn't as degrading as I thought it would be.

Very inspirational IMO. Even for fairly fit persons like myself.

The take-home message is pretty clear: If they can - So can you.

Very good actually.

I will add > tan careful , don't burn up Med , it'll waste all the time you're putting into it  :-[

Go get yourself one of those spray tans.  I HAVE to do that before the Arnold this weekend or else I will be scary white in all of the pics!  Hopefully the tan will take another 10 pounds off too!    :-[
