Chaos - you would be surprised how effective this is. Combine sprints, weights, etc. Best of both worlds.
Do three weeks of interval sprints on a treadmill and don't "regular" run at all. Then do the trail run again. It will be simple.

LolI typically go to 495 for 6-8, then 545 for 4-6. Yesterday I did obe rep at 495, put it down and unloaded it. Just not happening and I'm not interested in hurting myself.Another day....
