Split Press 5/3/3/2 superset Anterior Load split squat  5/5/5/3

Circuit 3x

1.5 min run on treadmill @ 10 mph
Towel (no Kai) underhand pullups / elevated 10/10/8/7
Hammer Curl 10/10/8
Swiss Ball plank with ab curl x 20

Giant set x 3
Kettlebell shrug x 10
Gay tricep rope pressdown x 15
Fast lat one arm cable pull/twist x 12 each side

1 set prowler push (new item) than said fuck it.

back and shoulders alternating exercises w a 5 second rest between the drops in each est- I say drops weight remained constant just don't know what else to call it. I do a set, rest 5 seconds and repeat twice more. that's one set. did 3 rotations per exercise.

lat pulldown with dumbell shoulder press

modified bent over row w dumbells ( I stand almost erect I find this really hits the inner/ middle of my back) with side laterals

one arm row w front raises

prolly took abt 20-25 min and was gassed cardio wise and had reached muscular fatigue when I left.

I pulled a muscle in my upper middle back last week and it's becoming a pain in ass.  Hurts everytime I get up from a chair, etc....

Going to roll the shit out of it today.  Softball finals Sunday.

Hammer shoulder press
side raises
don't know what its's called but it's an upright row with a wide grip and when you get to the top of the lift you turn your wrists up....hits shoulders and rear delts

Hang clean vs power clean

I'll bet you would see no decrease in shoulder development if you just concentrated on push presses and DB snatches and shitcanned all the other BB stuff.  You'd get stronger too.

I have GRC 9/7 (20 miles or so),  CMC 9/14 (5 miles plus "The PIT"), GR Nasty - 6 miles Green Beret Obstacle Course 9/21, and Merrell D&D on 9/29  - 7 miles
