Trying something new....training normal except.....

Shoulders everyday....no breaks at least three sets of standing military press during normal workouts, and with dumbbells on weekends...experiment.

Heavy Dumbbell Super SEts   - squat / row,   curl / press ,  squat / upright row

3 sets    no rest   - 5 x  10 burpees / 5 pull ups / 20 push ups / 100 flutter kicks 

30 Minutes - Stairmaster w 50lb pack on intense setting

RDL 10/10/8

Hammer curl 1 x 10

Upper back pulled muscle will not go away.

Driving range x 40  - pulled everything again.   18 holes tomorrow.

I had a GR event and ended up having the carry the weak forward most of the way.   Carried the load for 2 over probwbly 7 miles.

took me a while but finally have my body used to the workload of hitting this split:

chest/arms
back/shoulders
chest/arms
back/shoulders
legs
repeat

I take a day off where I feel necessary but because I keep my workouts short and intense (all sets are triple drops all exercises done in a giant set rotation) with very little rest between sets and lighter weight I feel I can hammer out a great session in under 30 min and return 48 hrs later to hit the same body parts again using different exercises.

today was back

pulldowns> dumbell row> shrugs (triple dropped all sets did this rotation 3 times)

and shoulders

dumbell press> side lateral straight arm> rear delt on pecdec> front raise w barbell (same idea as above)

was out of the gym in under 30 minutes soaked w sweat and pump that physically burned. good enough. tomorrow chest and arms.
