Yesterday...
Standing behind neck press, wrist curls, pullups and chins

Today...
Zerchers and sandbag carries and calves.
Added more sand to 150lbs.
Did this out in the garage. 

Caught another mouse in a trap.  They been a problem but caught two in the last week.
You can't beat the traditional mouse trap.  Brutal.  Cheap.  They just work.  No mercy to these cute little creatures.

It was the obstacles at the Savage race, followed by batting practice with no warmup.

I agree 100%.  However, cannot row, pull up, pull down, and even have to be super careful putting down dumbbells.  Since I had to do straight bar deadlifts for the first time since april, had to use..................... .straps.... :'(   I think I'll need to learn the hook grip.  I'm usually over/under, rotating sides.

Yesterday Full body:
Slant board full squats 8/6/4/4
DB Bench 15/12/8/6/4
Pendlay Row 8/6 (stopped, hurt)
CGBP 8/8
OHP 8/6/4
Hammer Curl 2 x 15 (5lbs just to get blood flow)

Today
3 mile trail run
