well i fully understand the principles behind the 10x10 system and i am sure even a margin of that weight he would not make it. what is his starting weight ? or are we talking maybe 5x5? assuming he does bench 500 lbs for reps as he said.

I hear you....i've been bad.Have this stupid mild strain in my forearm.....any row, chin, etc....all pain....sucks but can see how minor stuff never heals unless you rest it.
