well, i train at hanguk univ. of foreign studies(because it's free there) so maybe you can come and train for free and see for yourself (sorry almostno machines only powerrack and barbells...)
since you live in korea, you probably know that it's impossible to get steroids on the internet
or at the gym, pharmacy . maybe you live in north korea? ???

yes i eat clean pretty much the whole year (ultra-clean starting from march~september)
6am: 6eggwhites penutbutter bread
9am: protein powder
12am: fish veggies
3pm: chicken breasts+rice
6pm:proteinpowder
9pm:steak+rice
12pm:chicken breasts+rice
i don't count sets(maybe 20~ 40? ???/per bodypart)only do squats.benchpress,millitary press,barbell rows,deadlifts,etc
i think that the programs in FLEX and M&F are bullsh@t and they are for 'juicing' lifters(written by 'juicers' too right?)
naturals will havea hard time growing on "4setsbench press+4sets incline press+4sets cablecross overs"
( just my opinion ok?)

2 sets of incline dumbell press
2 sets of wide grip dips
2 sets of decline barbell press
7 reps each.. i do all these with max weight i could carry.. i feel this is more thn enuf for chest.. wht u guys say?

i squat 3plates and a half(on each side) for 8~10 reps
bench press is kinda weak... military press is warmup set for most getbiggers :-[

Very vague information. Do you mean you previously had 11 excess kilos of body fat and then lost them? 1-2 hours of cardio are a lot; especially in a bulking phase, even if you were cutting 2 hours would suck the muscles off your bones if you were natural. Just admit it, no one is going to think less of you, you still look good...

most naturals have a small waist anyway .. its just that people are fat so you can;t see them thats all
for cutting: i train 6days/week and 2hours a session so i end up training bodyparts 2 times a week except lsometimes legs (heavyday,lightday)
i eat alot soi i hvae to train even longer to cut

IF you are natural the fact is that 6 times a week is too much, even with superior genetics..give yourself 2 more rest days and your results will increase!

definitely, i've gotten my best results from lifting 4 times a week, 1 hour or less each session, hard, heavy and intense

Everything just once, bacl, chest, shoulders, legs, etc....though it should seem obvious, any training puts stress on the entire body, not just the body part...that is why recovery is so important. Naturals should never train more than 3 to 4 times a week, unless for shock training such as a very temporary overtraining, accompanied by 10 to 14 days of total rest (except cardio)...

You look great! please tell us what your diet is? you mentioned good amount of complex carbs when dieting to keep muscle, i think so too! I take 165g complex carbs everyday + 40g carb simple sugar after training on lifting days.

i get that all the time too, i had to change my regular doc and when i went for my first physical, he didnt believe i wasnt jucing, he felts my nuts, said they we decent size, he wrote bloodworks and testes my testostrone level and came back slightly higher than normal ( obviously cuz i lift)...
anyway man, anyone who does cardio 1-2 hours a day has enough dedication to stick with his diet and workout day in day out, and you can see the results... fuck the naysayers, take it as a compliment when people assume your jucing, cuz thats the best compliment a natural bodybuilder can get.

Bobby, your diet sounds great! and i know this might sound weird but when i cut i eliminate all fast sugars including pre. postworkout shake. Ofcourse i eat a good steak+brown rice meal
after workout but i don't drink the fastcarb shake- only do that when bulking.
and i didnt feel any weaker(than when i drank the postworkout fastcarb shake) and my BF levels seemed to get lower more easily.( just my opinion!)
the reason i did this was :1) just experimented and 2)why drink the fastcarb shake when you surely have a moderate margin of those sugars going to BF( 100% going to muscle is impossible) .. just because your insulin levels are high and your muscles are pumped doesnt guarantee 100% 'only- to- muscle- transport'-especially if your a true natural.

Maybe you're right, BF might drop faster without it. I have tried in the past to go without fast pwo carbs, but i got kinda flat and when i started taking them again, my muscles got fuller immediately. I noticed a big difference, maybe i have to drop it for that last % though.
btw looking at your pics i would guess you are more like 5% BF, you deffinitely look lower that 7-8%

the muscle density/ hardness thickness on this guy is so awesome i too have a hard time believing he s natural, but...i believe him in the end.
Why? because he s as small as i am , he s asian, has very particular genetics and did his best with what he has; thats why he achieved these awesome results. Congrats, and now the challenge is to look like this when ull be 80 y/o ;)

haha shredded glutes. Not alot of ppl have that at competition shape, that is very extreme, like 4% and completely dehydrated. No one needs that, personally i don't see the point in pro BBs having it either. You look very low bf in the pics, below 7 for sure.

amen right there, judging nowdays is really messed up... 44inch waist+shredded glutes are a must to place... really messing up everything including the competitors health
1GofE- i train at evening so eating carbs at night is something i cant do much about,...
but there are research (and from my experience) that say it makes no diffenence as long as
your calories are the same,,
i eat 1~2 bowls (bigger than american version of cup) of brown rice ,, and of course divide it
through out the day, whether it be 1 bowl or 2 depends on the mirror and my workout intensity, etc

dragon, just to help if possible, i had bad acne problems too and did a roacutane/acutane treatment for 5 months, and another one for 8 months one year later, in the end it totally solved my young skins problems once for all.
It's really the only way to solve acne once for all so i think you should do it to get rid of that shit thay may ruin your everyday life like it did for mine !

are acne scars from a long time ago ( animalpak+ZMA = waytoo much zinc = acne on shoulders and chest)
took me a long time to figure that one out LOL

the weights i lift.. is all as light as i could lift more then 5 reps n not more then 8 reps

hehe 10-20mins... I volume train too, my chest workout takes about an hour. I do like 16 sets, and then i'm not counting the drop-sets. So it's more like 18-22 sets total.

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

hey bro supp.. sorry man been busy.. oh bout my diets.. im been on diets from 9th of august..
had my cheat meals only once a week.. every saturdays.. but then.. i tend to loose too much of size.. something really went wrong.. frm XL my tshirts are now in d M size.. IMAGINE! hehehe.. but then when i take off my tshirt it does look good.. but i look almost nothing when im on wit my tshirt.. y is it so? :| so now i planned to have 2 cheat days a week... so its like 2 days on n 1 day off.. wht u think?

redwine-diet down to really low BF(veins showing on chest, shoulders, lower abs) .after you maintain that low BF for a while(couple months), really slowly upper your calories from clean foods, gain 4~5kg, while doing some cardio.
youll see that the 10%BF you have after is way way different quality than 10%BF before you dieted.
1 or 2 cheat meals , thats ok, i'm doing the same these days

i'm 5foot 7 and went up to 86kg down to 75kg right now
i squat 3plates and a half(on each side) for 8~10 reps
bench press is kinda weak... military press is warmup set for most getbiggers :-[
i do 1~2hours cardio every day
doing this much cardio allows you to eat a ton of carbs and stay super lean but full at the same time....
i think most overlook the cardio aspect of looking the part of bodybuilder. Ppl think cardio will make them small, but if enough is done, and with the right diet, you will look big and ripped.

yeah in two months I will be moving back to seoul...its too isolated out here...its good to hear that..because where i live the gym seems to be more a social event...so I always have to ask the trainers to spot me...because I dont have a training partner..it sucks.

same amount(of z,m, ascorbic acid) in a ZMA product.ZMA will work for people who don't eat red
