went to see my boy last nite got him to take some stuff off my cam (its an old one) and so i decided to put up a few clips
1. In these clips my bodyweight is sub 200.. I am between 190 and 197
2. these presses were done after incline presses so the dont represent me at peak strength
3. some of these clips are old and go back to feb this yr
4.arms were measured cold
5. these clips are for people who like to train and get motivated by seeing others train..not for internet war or fueds... so those wo feel the need flame away..those who enjoy lifting will appreciate or drop me pointers.. Im always open to constructive discussion

Excellent work, Meso. Just a tip here: learn how to fall back on the bench with the dumbells on your knees, and then straight-arm them into position. It will save you lots of shoulder wear-and-tear and get (maybe) that extra rep. :)

my best dead ever is 585 for i back breaking single... (I hate deads)
but usually i go up to 530 or so in my working session start from one plate end up with 5 plates and a half a side..
my squat.. nowadays i dont past 365... i have done 5 plates in the past in the early days but i dont qualify that as a squat as i didnt even go to parallel nowadays i goood deep down in that hole ass to ground and thats a whoole different ball game..8 out of 10 times i end up with 315 on the bar for 10 deep reps..
military presses 225...
110 on dumbell shoulder presses..
barbell rows 315 for 10 - 12 reps proper form..
3 and a half plates for 4- 6 reps
t bar rows 8- 9 plates...
stop at 8 plates typically

you should be proud and looking at the focus and never say die attitude that you approach your training it's not so hard to believe your natty. let's see some of these ifbb primadonnas train like this. might find they could cut back on their cycles some. ;)

I am a serious person... generally..so when i get in the gym... i really get intowhat Im doin.. and hell yes i had to struggle to finish that set. its how ive always train... i always struggle.. on working sets

and all with only 2 meals a day...freaking amazing. I can't help but think of the potential you'd have if you took your nutrition seriously...but if you're just doing it for recreation, so there's really no need for it.

As I said before, from what I recall, you live in the NY area. You should hook up with Dennis Cieri for some benchpress training, and get serious about it. You're a fcuking monster in the pressing, a guy like him could really help you maximize your benchpress potential.

Ive just quit Mike Menzters Hit program and am going for the stimulate not annilate training regiem from 30 minutes in the gym to 3 hrs at a maxium of 80% before failure, theres a guy at my gym who has offered to help train me in this technique, so im looking forward to losing the fat and by this guys standards he is almost 50 natural at 5,10 at about 235 very lean and clean.

focus on the basics. have fun and work hard. muscle groups worked 2 times per week.

going to the gym shouldnt be cardio. sure you dont have to wait 10min between sets.
let cardio take care of cardio
and let lifting weights take care of building muscles.
you can train lighter at a higher pace sure..(and avoid failure) but still no need to train 3 hours.
dont think in extremes.

if you can't do it in 60-90 minutes you're not going to do it at all

there is nothing amazing with eating 5-6 times per day. you can eat 2 times per day..as long as you eat enough calories (more than you use per day). meal frequency (with same macros) doesnt effect body composition.
edit: meal timing around your workouts is important tho!

it has a lot to do with genetics, i doubt most people could pull that off. For the non-genetic freaks, i think 6 meals is pretty important. Just my opinion though.

no, high meal frequency is way overrated. i cant go into all details here but trust me. if you dont feel hungry and feel good then eating 2 times per day is enough (to grow) if you get enough protein and calories. (2 big meals).
its about personal preference. personally i eat 5 times per day because it suits my daily routine..not because of some silly eat every3 hour rule.
and regarding thermic effect of food (TEF) its related to amount of calories (and % protein) not meal frequency!

My opinion is you're going to carry as much muscle as your genetics dictate. Eating more frequent meals doesn't mean the the food magically turns into muscle just because you want it to. It would affect BF levels if anything because you are not eating large quantities of food that your body can't process

id be sitting on the toilet all the time...im not a big eater.. im a fast eater.. if i take more than 10 mins to finish my plate i get bored so i eat real fast ..which is why i suffer from indigestion..

natural guys who could lift 160lb dumbells at 190lb for reps would be standing on stage winning trophys wether powerlifting or bodybuilding but they would,,the temptation to use hormones if this was a natural lifting would be so high because the person who could do it naturally would be better than steve reeves and better than ron and better than many other in their natural stage,,
not to forget! ron coleman got to lift 200lb dumbells after years of hormone use ,,heavy hormone use,,and also did it NOT ON A REGULAR BASIS and did it at 290lb not 190lb,,
this all thread would be better presented with pictures only with no lifts if the person claim to natural status,,why? because strength has a limit when it comes to natural while look ..well you know how it is ...you got team universe and muscle mania so..half the world is 'natural',,
like cyp i also think that this strength which is impressive none the less is a result of hormone use ,,,in the form of tablets on and off with strict bodybuilding training,,cant say needles untill i see the person face to face or more detailed pictures but as cyp said it is hormonized,,

shiiiiiit... I've seen a 132-Lb 16 y.o. powerlifter do 90s for 12-15 reps. And since I was his coach, I know for a fact he wasn't using. Well, he did use ritalin, as he truly has ADHD. Annoyingly so, in fact. In short: epic low standards by gh15.

Whether you like it or not, there are very strong and very gifted naturals out there.
Those who have problems accepting it, are generally those who are on teh juice and weaker than the natural freak.
Or past juicers with bad genetics and weak minds.
What would be suspicious, would be if his strength, bodyweight et al fluctuated like a Russian.
But he's been a 190'er for years. And his strength, although very impressive, has been pretty consistent.

GH15, are you serious? A 190Ib natural only good for 80's or 100's for reps. I am no strength god compared to many on the boards, but when I started training for over a year and a half I finally got up to 100's for 12 reps weighing 165 at 5'10. I was lean and natural with pretty decent muscle, but not something to brag about. I think it's very possible for naturals with very good genetics to be very strong and push some good amount of weight.

Awesome man! I believe you're a natural and I take your word for it. Don't know if you remember, but I've mentioned a while back that my training partner is built like you at 5'11, but weighs in around 185-190ib, and I've trained with this guy for over 7 years and known him for over 10 years and he's all natural. He's a little weaker but can do the 145's for 6 pretty easy reps with me helping on the last. So with you doing the 160's for a few is very believable considering the genetics and let's face it, some guys are fucking strong!! I have no doubt that there are some VERY strong naturals out there. Not many, but there are.

Exactly. Hell, my 15x100, done clean but weighing a fat 275, are probably impossible too according to him. And this was spur-of-the-moment, as I never did dumbell benching anyway. Had to duct-tape a 10-Lb plate to each 90-Lber, as 90s was the heaviest available. :D

I don't care about my own name floating around here, but I'm not posting someone else's name without their consent. GH has received enough info to at least look some of this up. If he still claims it's impossible, then I couldn't care less. More proof that some steroids abusers* are nothing without their needles.
*specifically ABusers, as I have no problem with steroid use. I have use very lightly in the past, and liked it. Might do a real cycle in future. Nothing wrong with steroids, but claiming that anyone who is a bit stronger than the average gym rat MUST be on steroids is ridiculous and insulting of those people's hard work.

hey meso what do you do on the barbell?
also not taking anything away from meso but coleman does/did the 200s for 12 reps. Meso does the 130s for 11 so there is quite a large strength gap between the two.

well Layne Norton does the 150's for reps so i dont see how it is impossible. on the other hand that is on a bw of 220 or something like that.

I agree. It isn't that hard to get to 100s for a natural if they consistently bench with dumbells or if they are just generally pretty strong. I can see up to 120s, and for maybe the elite up to the 130's. Past that I just don't buy natural status.

i see no limit the heaviest dumbells in my gym is the 160 i remember when i was stuck on the on the 110's ... for 6.. if they had 180 id try them too i dont give a fuck what coleman lifts or anyone im there to lift....
see before i lifteed those 160's in that video... look at my face focused.. i was thnkin about that time when i was younger... my dad was building our house the truck came with 100 bags of cement.. each bag weighed 25 kilos.. bout 60lbs... he couldnt afford to pay to unload the truck he spent hrs in the night unloading that truck... 100 bags of cement all by himself... a 200 meter walk each bag..
before i do heavy sets thats what i have in my mind.. if my dad had to do that.. im not gonna fail.. im not in the gym thinkin about peak contractions.. a log book or whatever.. formulas....
im 100% natural... my mind.. is my juice.... not everything fits in a formula... or not every guy under 200lbs can only lift this or that.... and that is why a lot of people like to train m with me.. i dont talk i just get down

4. Cable dbl bicep curls
finish off with cable exercises
The olympic barbell is magic like you say, when i started with that one is when my biceps started growing.

most of these guys can do diamond pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats 3 times a week, eat anything they want, and they'd still look better then you.

not in the manhattan location just not enough space...but in Brooklyn and other boroughs there are squash courts.
the club caters to the "squash" crowd..the one downtown Brooklyn even has some tennis courts.

I don't do heavy dumbbell flat bench presses, so it is hard for me to get a feel as to heavy that is. I can do the 100lb dumbbells in shoulder press for 5-6 after my back work out and have done the 105's for incline press for 8 or so after doing flat barbell bench presses, but I am very different body type than mes, I am tall and thin and I don't weigh myself but think I am around 195-205. I consider myself to be average strength for a lifter, but I have seen some pretty impressive lifts that shocked me, an Asian guy who looked like a sprinter to me, weighed maybe 160 or 170, squatting 315 for reps and then doing 405 dead lifts, it wasn't easy for him but he could handle the weight and had good form. A couple of weeks ago a kid around 18-19 maybe 20, who looked in shape, but not like a bodybuilder(maybe one in early training) was doing 405 for dead lifts. Now looking at this kid I would have bet money he couldn't even move the weight and inch. Strength is so relative, I just do my own thing.

ok...nice stories...now i would like to share mine..i'm 30 currently 181lbs( by the way arnoldjr. i did get those 45lbs off in 1 month and 2 weeks without clen or t3 because i couldn't find any, and without starving )) my highest bw was 115 kilos, my lowest 169, i grew up playing tennis, i did full contact in parrallel during my teenage years, i played tennis on and off on the pro circuit until age 25,i started bb at 15, at 19 , 2 years after a tennis break i became a top junior in my country, moved to US, continued with powerlifting until age 22 when i got back into playing tennis...competed on tour and in parrallel tried to play pro squash until 24 i think, dated a girl that was top 20 in the world (squash) and couldn't fathom a girl beating me at a sport with a ball and a raquet ) so i got into it and became pretty decent at the bottom pro US CIRCUIT(6.0)...after wich i got full time into bb thanx to ron love...who helped me get into top shape...then took 2 years off from sport and got back into bb...this past 8 months , wanted to do nationals(in my home country) but got a modeling gig and slimed in a little over a month from 230something to 181 ( by the way..the slimmed down super shredded look gets u a lot more pussy...i'll tell u that much), right now i work as a nutritionist and pt at my own tennis/health club. i used in the past test , deca, naposim , anavar, ephedrine , eq, and some other things i can't remember. right now i'm off since i started slimming down...and my next cycle(cca nov, dec) will be 1 gram of sustanon /wk, 600 mg deca, naposim/ dianabol. i also did a little porn in the past LOL(straight that is)....i bat for the blue team !

i dont go mega heavy on arms i used to...
like for olympic bar curls i just do 3 sets with a 45 plate on each side 10 reps...
alternate dumbell curls i go up to 70lb dumbells 6 reps on final set
skull crushers i do go up to a 45 and 25lb plate each side....
when i do dips i go heavy tho up to 5 plates around the waiste 4 plates usually 5 if im feeling good start with 2 plates work my way up..
close grip bench i do a lil bit closer than shoulder grip up to 315 10 reps i dont lock out though on those
ill post clips of those soon.for all the people who are gonna scream bullshit
but olympic bar curls close grips skull crushers..and straight bar preacher curls are the mass builders

Not surprising bro. You are probably a natural athlete. In the US, we have NFL players who eat mcdonalds and are like 260 and lean.. Run like 4.5 and stuff and bench 405.
