Bench - 225 for 6 or 8 reps, never max for fear of injury
Deadlift - 365 to 385 (i just keep piling on the 5's and 10's and trying to pick it up once.
Squat - to parallel - probably 315 now.

This thread is gonna spew more bullshit than the american government in a couple minutes... anyway here's my best lifts

Bench:a couple forced reps with an empty bar
Deads:45lb bar with a dime each side for a solid 7
Squats:45lb bar with a quarter each side for 4 reps ATG

I should also add that my bench and squat are shirted/suited lifts, but the deads are done without straps. I think deads are my best lift out of the three, but I try not to be a specialist.

H O W E V E R, as soon as they lose their 'source' all those gains will dissapear as quickly as they came.

The body can't hold that much lean muscle naturally.

I've never heard that related to squats. Are you sure "knees to the floor" isn't something you practice in the locker room?

At my "peak" I was benching 240''ish, Squatting 365 for a double, and Deadlifting 465 for a single. My bodyweight was around 185 at that time.

I've never tried to max deadlift before whats hard to understand about that?  I've done 4 plates on each side for 6-8 reps but I've never had the urge to max that out.

I don't squat 600lbs.  I squatted it once because friends wanted to see how high I could go.  I'll never do that shit again.  Prior to that the most I had done was 440 in highschool for one. to make the 1200 lbs club.

I'm a lazy, fat bastard now....I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon.

Dont know what my raw max's are. Cant bench shit right now because of a bad shoulder. Raw is probably sitting at about 410 squat and 480 deadlift.

Squat depth, for the misinformed, is when the top of your hip goes below your knee. This half rep shit is how people get hurt.

Haven't lifted heavy like that in a long time though. I do more volume training now, when I go heavier its never under 8 reps anymore
