He has none, same as "The Coach". They assume their physique speaks for themselves.

I give you props for picking a "profession" where it does not take much to succeed.  How many coaches/trainers of kids score above a 1000 on their SATs?  Probably one in a hundred if that. I'm betting you did not.

It's not like you're competing with a bunch of guys who had the smarts to become rocket scientists or doctors.  you're competing with guys like Vince Goodrum.

Or the Jets "coach" who thought it was a good idea to trip a player during a punt return.  I'm sure he does camps for kids too.  :)

I don't compete with any "personal trainer". As far as the jet coach, he was an idiot plain an simple, it still doesn't take away from his ability or quaifications to be a good S&C coach. This is the problem, you lunp PT and S&C coaches together. Its kinda like this and I've said this before, a good S&C coach can train anyone, a PT is limited because that's what their trained, nothing more nothing less.

No, I don't have none of the BIG american PT certifications. And I don't need them. Are you kidding me? I'm living in bodybuilding and fitness for 12 years now 24/7. Who gonna teach me anything to get those certifications???

98% of the "personal trainers" in the fitness biz are acting like a loser guy in the adult biz whos acting around like "I was in a porn movie before" and having a 6 inch cock... Come on guys! You have to prove your knowledge! Hany Rambod is different...pro bodybuilding is a science...

Why don't you just get a regular job and have a staple income?

Steve,

If I hire you, will you demonstrate via the webcam how to properly pose?

My partner and I enjoy the art of posing and when competing in the future, we need to have our posing down to "a point".

Will you have the patience to get into a thong and show us all the mandatories, preferably with a little sensualposing music playing in the background?

No one cares. He's offering MUSCLE BEAR training, not real ATHLETIC training.

Bodybuilding is not a sport. You train real athletes and that's fine and dandy - I think you actually do very well. You know he doesn't hold a candle to you, so fuck off.

The answers for every questions! I'm competing since 2002, I'm an IFBB Pro since 2007, I was working with Milos Sarcev and George Farah, last year I placed 2nd behind Jose Raymond at the Tampa Pro 202.

Diet/supplement/training advices, custom diet/workout program. Offseason/contest prep for bodybuilding/figure/bikini competitors!

I already have a few online clients from the States and from Europe.

Personal training and posing lessons are also available at the Powerhouse Gym in Downtown Tampa!

More information: steve@stevenamat.com

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but online training is a scam and half. A good trainer sees the imbalances in the client and caters to corrective flexibility needed. It's not just writing out a prgram for someone. That's too Golds gym...

It is easy.  You've made it and most here would agree that you are not smarter than your average high school gym teacher.  You would never make it past basic calculus let alone go to med school or become a rocket scientist.

I didn't ??? I have no training? Let me ask you boy genius, does knowledge end when you obtain a degree that congratulates on earning the minimum amount required to get that degree or do you keep learning after and throughout your chosen career? No smart ass answers, just answer the question.

Forgive him. His childhood was spent in a Mexican traveling circus where he performed under the name low joe loco. There wasn't much time for learning these days. He slowly learned about his homosexuality from watching shirtless trapeze artists and got into bodybuilding from there where he learned to express his sexual frustrations with men.

This is not about me. This is about how someone not too much brighter than your average 12 year old can become a successful strength and conditioning coach.  To be honest, I wish that like you I too could be fulfilled ripping off misguided parents.

Typical lib MO, can't answer the question, avoid the question then insult. You bring up homosexuality so much it's obvious you're looking for an excuse to "come out" and this just maybe the way to do it.

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but online training is a scam and half. A good trainer sees the imbalances in the client and caters to corrective flexibility needed. It's not just writing out a prgram for someone. That's too Golds gym...
If somebody (client) really wanna do it he/she can do it online too.

But for example I started bodybuilding at 15 and I didn't have a trainer, I didn't have a training partner either...nobody. And I did it on my own.

Another example...last year we were working together with George Farah online for like 20 weeks and I did 3 shows...and we never met...

Contest prep has nothing whatsoever to do with personal training whatsoever..... ::)

If you want to be a personal trainer, then learn what it is and how to do first.  George Farah has the same PT certification I have by the way from the AMFPT.  So if you trust George then visit AMFPT.com and take a course.  Its only 79.95 and you'll at least just the basics of doing the job

No, that's not one.  Its the one that was featured on CBS back in 99.  The certification at the time was only 30 bucks and it was worth every penny.  Its a no frills guide that simply shows you how to do the job and gives you the forms to keep yourself from being sued.  Something that Steve's going to get if he doesn't learn the business

Most of these guys are dumb and uneducated. Being bouncers and doing menial labor are pretty much all they can do.

I have no problem with that. What I don't like is "pros" who think that being on drug cocktails from the age of 15 gives them knowledge about training etc to impart to non drug addicts for a fee.

Take away their needles, vials and ampoules and these guys are nothing. Anybody that pays a pro for their "expertise" has more money than sense. These guys can't show you shit except how to stick a pin your ass.

i like the fact they pretend to /are suposed to teach " a healthy lifestyle" to their clients while being on steroids and hgh themselves since decades.
I like the fact most of the clients dont even know about steroids or end asking em how to get some at some point, making em nothing but walking advertisements for drug dealing.

These guys are nothing without drugs. "Years of dieting and training",,,, with massive doses of AAS, slin, GH, Synthol. HAHA, they wouldn't know how to lose an ounce of fat without clen, T3, HGH etc..etc.

Drug addicts have no place training or involving themselves with naturals or even people with average genetics and/or a poor response to drugs. Regarding the drugs, there are pencil-necks with better knowledge of that.

They can charge to tell you about the best split, best supps , get your six meals a day and lots of sleep blah, blah, blah but we all know that huge drug cocktails is what builds their fake physiques.

The minute these dudes stop injecting they shrink into little bitches. I am sure that everyone has seen the pictures.

of course steve would be 170 lbs without juice we all know it. Then he d be like the others young natural "skinny" PTs he s shitting on/laughing at. So he has to stay on steroids to make a difference and fool the newbies he s preying on with his fake bleached smile. I mean the level of hypocrisy is so high it's baffling. Is it needed to say that the drugs also act as a constant anti depressant, such giving the user a false feeling of well being and confidence compared to when he is off the drug?

I'm sure there are morons falling for these assholes, or they would have no reason to exist. But i mean come on, have some decency.

At least get a minimal education, a diploma and become a personal trainer the right way.

Steve, do you really think you re the first in this field? do you really think imitating american steroid users and their tactics to make money out of gullible people ignorance is a decent professional plan? I guess that with your broken english you re not even that convincing to most who will prefer a real all american steroid user as a PT.

It's all about getting a real education/job or ending doing g4p it seems.

the only people who need a PT are old men or women anyway, young people use the internet and after months or years of trial mostly all get it right. A very small fraction of them ends using steroids, most find out how to achieve the best physique naturally. Only obese, old people need a PT.

Exactly. But 99% of them never gonna become an excellent pt...it's just impossible for them. That's just a way for them to make some money...same thing with me with the bouncer job...I never gonna be a good bouncer because I'm not stupid and aggressive...

I think people here confuse personal training and contest preparation.

I think Steve knows more about contest prep than anyone can learn in some PT course. Contest prep via Internet is not even difficult, given that the person on the other side knows a lot bout training, nutrition and needs only some fine tuning.

Coaching a newbie how to deadlift or squat over the internet is impossible, but i don't think that this is what Steve does, so STFU you haters.

Here we go again...nobody asked your fucking stupid opinion.

Still...my main target are the ATHLETES, COMPETITORS...who already know the basic and more but needs a second eye, a coach, advices, good timing, what to do, when so on and so on...

BTW I already have a few clients online who don't have any plans to compete but trust me I can help them more online than the lame stupid so called personal trainers in the gyms...
hahaha.

struck several nerves huh. You re spamming a public messageboard to make money, we have all the rights to say what we want here, like it or not.

You are just another drug addicted meathead with no education and no skills whatsoever, the only thing you "know" is how to build fake steroid muscles, period. I doubt this "business"  makes anyone rich so you ll end like all the others ended before you.

The problem with bodybuilders working as personal trainers is that most bodybuilders are self-absorbed narcissists who now find themselves in the awkward position of having to pretend to care about someone else. The majority don't have the acting chops to pull it off.

whoa

a 'good'; bouncer is one that can make a sitation change with his presence and interactions - I havew worked as a bouncer in MANY clubs and yes its does get physical but NO ONE has ever gone after me but on a handful of occasions

I am a floorman at a stripclub and they love having a swole gorrilla around - I ask people to do things in a nice manner and they do it, take off their hat, dont grab ass, dont finger bang a dancers ass in Vip...............I am NEVER aggressive

steve your not a good bouncer cause your short and swole - so everyone you appraoc will try to one up you to be that ;badass;

I am 6'. althought not tall, but 6' 280lb and people listen esp when you treat them nice, most guys are out to have a good time, when someone isnt you can tell and they get removed from the equation

but I have a 4yr bachelaor degree and a certifaction that swamps ISSA --- i am CSCS cert, so I am not stupid either

bad misuse of words I dont agree with

same as me saying i wont be a good 202 compeitor cause Im not short with a napolean syndrome and something to prove to 'big guys'

j/k big steve

To be fair to the dude this is an interactive public messageboard. You're asking people to pay you for your services and using GB to obtain clients - which is cool. You're going to get questioned tho, particularly as you're asking for money.

Oh really it's all drugs huh?? Well let's see this is Getbig, over 25,000 members I believe yet I'd bet about 5,000 of them or so juice or juiced. And when I say 5,000 that is pretty much a low ball! How come out of those numbers we only have about 20 pros? Bodybuilding is a genetically dependent sport, if you are still in denial it's because you cant admit you just don't have it!

Then you call me a hater for asking questions? Sorry Steve, but is sounds like you're in thins for the wrong reasons. It works kinda like this, 1. Sincerely give a shit about your clients 2. Get them results 3. The money will follow....all in that order. And please do not say you can train athletes, well, at least train them properly.

Yep I was natural for 3 years...I won my first 2 shows as a natural...and the only reason I started to use something because at the Hungarian Nationals I placed 10th in the Overall...OK I just turned 19, I was natural, that was my first show but I was disappointed...

Anyway I went from 127 lbs to 198 in 2 years...but I was too bloated. Then I was 170 onstage at my first show (first win), I wasn't in great condition, I didn't know anything about dieting...

But yes, it's possible naturally too. But it wasn't enough for me at all.

typical mentality of an asshole. Dentists, surgeons, teachers, drivers, dont ACT they actually truly contribute to society, are part of it, give in return of what they receive, they are part of something bigger than them. But obviously you just showed your true colors with this comment and the last one you made. You re exactly the typical narcissic immature asshole with a limited understanding of the big picture someone talked about previously. You have no morals. All you have are your fake muscles and whitened teeth.

And all you can do is lie to your clients and to yourself. Grow up, get an education.

All the acting and fake smiles wont save you once you get older. And it wont help you build a couple, or a stable family either. I wonder who told you life was all about "acting" (and let me guess, also told you life was about fucking other people in the ass as long as you re not the one getting fucked right?).

You re just another typical narcisistic meathead preying on ignorants or idiots to make a living. Something you re not even successful at obviously or you wouldnt be here desperatly trying to find some clients lol.

There's a reason g4p is so prevalent in the bodybuilding world.

Bodybuilders want to spend their days eating, sleeping, training, tanning, and taking steroids. The problem is that it's hard find financing for those activities.

With no education or professional training, a minimal time expenditure, and the only cost being a loss of dignity and self-respect, a bber can live the life and, at the same time, pay the rent.

You guys want to convey a message to Steve, when you start calling him names and start accusing him of this and that, guess what, to an educated person you make yourself look like a clown. To some internet loser with nothing to do in life you make yourself sound "cool". In the end Steve is living his dream, he's bigger than you, would make you look like a broom stick with a pair of underwear slapped on it if you stood next to him on stage. What are you doing? I give you props for picking a "profession" where it does not take much to succeed.  How many coaches/trainers of kids score above a 1000 on their SATs?  Probably one in a hundred if that. I'm betting you did not.

You're trolling right?
If there was such a profession where it "didnt' take much to succeed", everyone would get into it, thereby making it much harder to succeed.

However, he will never get an acting gig because he would look very fat on screen at his height. If he was serious about acting, he would have to get his bodyweight down around 150 -160. Because he couldn't play any parts as a door man or security guard. He's just way to short for those parts(Even for Hollywood) He has to strip all that muscle off with a fine shammy(chop chop) to have any chance of doing something in Hollywood.

No offense to Coach or Vince, but what is wrong with doing a job for money????? hahahah!!! Does a garbage man become a garbage man just because he likes to work with garbage??? Does your landlord or financial institution allow you to live where you are living now because "they love helping people find homes" or do you think they are doing it for money?  Would you ever work for free? Probably not! Your clients pay you for your expertise! You chose a field you are good at and you pursue it! Maybe Steve will be good at it, maybe he won't. His ultimate success will come as a result of his talents!

And guys life is acting, sometimes I'm sure anyone who has trained anyone wants to tell his client "Get off your fat ass and start training and stop whining you fat bitch" (tren kicking in :D ) however you smile, give her some encouraging words and pat the fat on her back and lead her on the treadmill, diet, etc.

I like the sex better when I'm natural. When I'm on I can walking around at home naked while making my postworkout drink with a shaker and having a full boner with a poker face...because of all the shaking. My wife always laugh her ass off. So it's just too much. My wife also likes me better when I'm off becasue the loads are 20 times bigger.

All joking aside, Steve.  You seriously need to get trained and educated first if you intend on pursuing an education as a personal trainer.  Otherwise, no one is going to take you seriously and no one is going to hire you for your services.

What are you saying? he's a IFBB pro, of course people will take him seriously. No offense dude, but even with certifications, people will choose Namat instead of you without thinking twice.

Well I understand what you are saying. So why not question him on his beliefs, how he would handle nutrition, how he would handle training someone who inspires to be a bodybuilder vs. how he would handle a diabetic trying to lose 20lbs. vs a mother of 3 who wants to tone up for summer?

Actually, that's very possible for a bartender to do in New York especially when you add up tips.  However I'm pretty sure that Derek has never made 6 figures in his entire life.

Even a garbageman has to learn how to do the job and definitely a personal trainer since you're working with people through exercises and diet.  What you do can affect a person's health so its very serious business.  Steve doesn't have the education or the willingness to learn to be a successful or effective trainer.

All joking aside, Steve.  You seriously need to get trained and educated first if you intend on pursuing an education as a personal trainer.  Otherwise, no one is going to take you seriously and no one is going to hire you for your services.

This just isn't true. I was a personal trainer in a gym for years, made good money...I'm not saying I made tons and tons but I made a decent living. I've also done contest prep for years, I still do and a lot of the people I do prep for it's all done online. A rough estimate, I'd say I've prepped somewhere in the 200, plus or minus competitors in the last ten years or so...more girls than guys but there are more female  competitors than males.

Anyway, the point, the only certification I ever got was one you could get online...took about half an hour. The only reason I got it was so I could legally get insurance when I trained in a gym...other than that certifications are not only pointless, they're a waste of money. If people get results, other people will notice, it's that simple and if you have a half way decent personality clients will flock to you, especially the female clients...this is the true nature of the game.

I got no problem with the guy coming here to promote himself; what else can a third-tier "pro" do? But if you're trying to charge people to hear some bullshit that doesn't really work unless you're doing huge amounts of drugs then you're gonna get called on it.

Only a few years ago Steve started a thread asking for a job as he wanted to come live in America - again, can't blame an ambitious eastern European for that. This isn't a knowledgeable dude tho, he is not a successful pro and has shown no aptitude towards personal training at all. This is about peddling more bullshit. Without the needle these guys look worse than the average Joe. Junkies trying to claim they do something special other than shoot themselves in the ass with expensive drugs.

Steve has no interest in training people, this is strictly for money. Fine, so what? you say. Well, he is not a successful bodybuilder, did not place that well in his shows, has NO interest in people or helping them (he took money off chicks just to walk them to their car), and he speaks bad English.

Damn, if you want to be trained by a muscleman or need drug advice there are a thousand guys to go to better than this.

Anyway, it's all third-hand knowledge and if you aren't doing the drugs, it doesn't fucking work anyway.

With your massive intellect, surely you realize that most who go into Personal Training do not do so with a long-term career in mind, but as a temporary source of income while they pursue something else; thus, the comparison to bartending and waiting tables. Do you think Namat thinks of himself, first, as a trainer or as a pro-bber?

Those certifications that Goodrum so proudly displays, are, by necessity, easy to obtain, as noted by Arnold Jr. There's only so much time and expense people will endure to get a $10 an hour gig at LA Fitness.

You seem to have a disconnect between what you believe a trainer should be, a highly-trained, professional, and what they are: glorified rep-counters/rent-a-friends.

That said, don't give up hope, perhaps one day Personal Training will get the respect it so richly deserves.

Times have changed and there's a number of bills going through the Senate to regulate the industry due to the number of people getting injured.  Not only that, clients are looking for qualifications and they are check trainer's educational backgrounds.  If Steve's going to be competitive then he needs to simply put the time in and pay the dues.

My Diploma in Fitness and Exercise took about a year to complete and it far from being easy.  It was a lot of bookwork, research, and studying.  However, it was well worth it and necessary in order to compete with other trainers.

In addition what most people don't realize is that you can make a ton of money from personal training by branching off from it such as group training (boot camp), supplement sales, nutritional consulting, etc.  When you add that all up, its the reason why I work when I want to work and punch no time clocks.  But you can't get anywhere if you don't get the education.

I disagree, most certs are pretty extensive when it comes to basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and nutrition. Are some more extensive than others, of course, but just like earning a degree (and like certs, there's a degree for everything) you learn the MINIMUM amount required to get that degree or cert after that the rest is up to you for continuing education through seminars, symposiums, conventions, dvd's, reading, etc. Like anything else, if you want to keep you're cert you are required to do a certain amount CEU's, if you're a Dr. and you want to keep your license, you're required to do a certain amount of CEU's.

You get out of it what you put into it. Problem is Steve doesn't want to do anything except collect money.

Lol no clown anyone serious in fitness/personal training/ nutrition field has an ultimate goal of owning their own practice or private training facility which is a little more complicated "waiting tables or bartending" and can make a fine living especially if you live in a decent metropolitan area.
and 99% of them end doing personnal training while injecting steroids all life long, or doing g4p,  seducing old men/women for money.

0.5% of them get an education, get serious about life and other more fulfiling interests. Learn to care about someone else but themselves.

0.5% of them... succeed. In general helped by someone with brains on the side, either a wife, or sugar momy/dady doing the comptability and using them as sex toys in return.

Whatever floats your boat. Everyone survives the way they want can, who are we to judge. But for fuck sake, dont try to fool people who know what's really going on, dont try to pretend being something, someone, you aren't.

If you want to be respected, have a respectable life, goals and morality, CARE about the others, the link between them and you, which is also what makes you feel good, and not just their money.  What makes you feel good isnt their money, it's helping them increase their chances of survival, their hapiness. If you dont see things that way you re an asshole plain and simple, and you re not even enjoying your job.
Most people in this business are lonely losers with father issues looking for the attention they didnt have as childs and found the holy graal in "building muscles" which produces increased serotonin levels in the brain such producing the feelign of "hapiness". Cool for you. But do you really need to be an asshole at the same time?  Newsflash there are millions of people and more and more getting into weight lifting -i didnt say bodybuilding- and who understood what you understood. They work normal jobs, have a life and are a lot more productive, useful to the others than you being another narcistic gym asshole only caring about how he s going to pay his next dose.

You also pay to get a degree. Most people who graduate with a degree wind up doing just the opposite of what they went to school for.
We are talking about certs here.

Show me one client you have trained. Show me one person who will vouch for you. Do you have a pic of yourself training someone in the gym or drilling a group in boot camp? Is there a single person who will tell us he/she paid you to set up a diet for them? An yes, I'm sure you're making a ton of money by trying to sell a no-name brand of supplements at the flea market.

I think this is all pure fantasy. Maybe you think it will come true if you fake it long enough?

STFU Vince certs  (in the US ) are a fucking joke ,it doesn't matter how retarded you are  as long you pay your fees you'll be certified ,but I agree with you ,Namat should get certified because that's the way things are  done  in the USA

As if the "Clients" most of whom are fat housewives would know the difference between the different types of certs.

Our wrestling team just won another state title, does that count?

Correction: 2 of our wrestlers won state in the 189 and 215lbs classes. Team took 6th overall and 1st in the small school state title. But I'm just a PT.

Unbelievable you guys still not get bored with this subject.  ::) And Coach I already told you on MD that I already get the pt certification back in Hungary in 2002-2003 then here in the States I'm working with Propta on/off since 2009 (yes, that's a certification too). But open your eyes guys...ANYBODY can get those certifications...so the MAIN thing is I'm an IFBB Pro and a IFBB Olympa competitor. So I know my thing!

This is what I do for a living, this is how I pay my bills so of course I don't get bored discussing personal training.  Especially to someone who just doesn't get it.

BTW, I don't really acknowledge the ProPta as they are not accredited by the NCCA or the US Dept of Education or DETC for that matter.  However, I looked on the site and your name isn't there Steve so I'm sure as to your relation to the ProPTA

Again, being an IFBB pro or a bodybuilding doesn't mean shit when it comes to working as a personal trainer.  You have an certificate from an organization that isn't accredited whatsoever and awards those certifications to any IFBB pro.  That and the fact that you've posted up a thread on this board and MD.com begging for clients in online personal training speaks volumes.  You have no clue in marketing yourself to get clients nor the means of facilitate the craft.

One thing I can assure you Steve...you won't make a red cent going this route and once you get tired of having an empty wallet and people ridiculing you at your hapless attempts then you might actually let some of this advice sink in.

Yes you're an IFBB pro but you'll continue to clean houses for a living until you get your shit straight.

In nearly ten years of personal training and doing contest prep both in person and via online I have yet to have one single person ask me what my credentials were, I've yet to have one person ask me what kind of certifications I have and I have yet to lose a client to another trainer because that trainer has a bunch of accredited credentials. In real life this simply doesn't happen. Granted, some gyms will require you to have certain certifications and credentials if you wish to train people at their gym, this is true but if you're independent as I am and as I am assuming Steve is it doesn't make any difference.

The Truth:

I have trained hundreds of people from all walks of life, I have done contest prep for every form of competitor there is, I have written for numerous bodybuilding/fitness websites and magazines, I have covered pro bodybuilding shows for the past few years and I'm currently in the process of launching a new bodybuilding/fitness media outlet....I have one certification I got online that took only moments and to tell you the truth I think it's actually expired. The point, all this business you're talking about is meaningless, I'm proof.

No offence Vince, but Vanbilderass asked you a question.

Thats a good question.....I used to post pictures of my clients on my website but nutcases like Onlyme would go call them up and harass them over the phone so I stopped posting their pictures a few years back.  Now that he's dead and the rest  I'm planning on putting them back up along with Youtube videos of the group training sessions I do.

Group training and boot camps are the best thing in training since sliced bread, Coach.  Very easy to do, saves scheduling time as everyone comes in at the same time, no training equipment required, and keeps you from being dependent upon individual clients.

Hopefully, I don't run into the same problem as before.

That's what I'm trying to get through your head.  If you are serious about personal training and you get the proper education, training, and guidance, then you can work a few hours a day and never ever ever ever have to clean anyone's house ever again.

I'm not talking about the task of personal training, Steve.  I'm talking about the business of personal training.  You can do so much more if you applied yourself to learning the stuff.  You cannot make a living alone from online personal training but with the right skills in place,

Now, my friend Bedros just put out a new PT business course recently.  I'll post the link below Steve and from there its up to you.    His courses work and if you follow what he says, you'll never clean another house again...I promise you that

We've been going back and forth about this for years. You've made training into a career for yourself. That's great. I'm happy for you, but you're an exception not the rule.

The fact remains that from the standpoint of pay, benefits, security, mobility and room for advancement, Personal Trainer sits low on the career Totem Pole.

Do you think the average father would be psyched to find that his daughter was gonna marry a trainer?

The only things of his that are really expensive is his franchise programs.  However System 9 is only 69 dollars and his PT business course is 460.00.  You can always hit him up on Facebook and he's good at giving discounts and for an IFBB pro like Steve, he might actually get a better deal.

Any of his courses would greatly help him out because the ProPTA certainly hasn't taught him anything about getting clients

The difference between you and I is you care about me but I don't care about you...

the differences between you and coach? hmm, let's see

you: a fake midget with fake muscle filled with drugs which you are shamelessly so proud of; no education; no skills; never have a regular job; no staple income; a poor eastern european refugee who escaped away from his shitty country to US trying to survive; no hope for your future

the coach: has good education and knowledgeable in his field; has a successful career with staple income; a proud American living the life that he aims at.

 ;D ;D

In all seriousness....what can you teach them that Coach cant?  Like you said, without drugs you would be 170lbs.....so, take that away...do you feel you have a better knowledge of training (not drugs) than Coach does?  Again, no disrespect here.  Just wondering.

Any answer?

Yep, I already have 4 new online clients. 2 of them training for bodybuilding shows.

Any answer?
When I wrote "nursery school boy" I was talking about Coach personality not his knowledge...

But anyway...if somebody wanna be bigger, stronger, leaner (especially if somebody wanna preparing for a bodybuilding/figure etc contest) then I'm a much better option of course. That's my speciality. For wrestlers...who knows that's maybe Coach's speciality. Not mine that's for sure.

We took two videos yesterday...

Dumbbell bench press, 9 x 170

Incline Hammer Strength Press, 5 plates per side for 7 reps

Usually the competitors are really need help during contest prep/offseason...most of the amateurs have no idea about nutrition, drugs and even about training.

But most of the average people needs help even in how to do a biceps curl. For me it's weird...I always did everything by myself (until Milos and Farah helped me)...but it's the truth.

I can understand a competetive athelte hiring a trainer for fine tuning or contest prep.

I just laugh at all these people who hire a personal trainer just to take them through a standard beginners weight lifting routine.

Some people are afraid to do it themselves I guess. These are probably the same people who consult a physician before starting to work out to see if they can handle it.

No, I can't.

The average people are living in a dream world...they have no fuckin idea how hard are the pro sports. Every fuckin pro sport. They think that they can do it naturally. NO. The standards are too high. We have to leave the people in their dream world.

Just talked with Cameron Diaz a few days ago... She started "bodybuilding" a while ago...now she's in great shape...but I have to tell you...she's not natural... And she's like 120 lbs...

Listen bro, this is a public forum, meaning it's public to the entire world, members and non members! If Steve ever wants to get sponsored by a big nutrition company and make a decent living he cannot come on this site and give you full details about the drug culture in pro bodybuilding, go to GH15 for that! This is America, and anything you say in this country can and will be used against you in every fucking way for the rest of your fucking life!!! He already said drugs are the dark side to bodbuilding, doesn't that give you enough of a hint to form an educated guess about how important it is in bodybuilding??? Or even how how important it is for that 180lb bloated chipmunked faced kid at your gym who takes grams upon grams to fight his bad genetics! Or that aids patient with the muscle wasting disease who is on tons of test, deca, and GH to prolong his life. It's important and necessary for anyone who uses them.

Or that aids patient with the muscle wasting disease who is on tons of test, deca, and GH to prolong his life. It's important and necessary for anyone who uses them.

I understand all that stuff. In real life I gotta lie about my own drug use too of course. I would get arrested, deported, and locked up in a shitty third world prison other wise.

That's one fucked up thing about this world. Drug users are villified and made out to be criminals, truely a fucked up situation.

I'm just saying that there are people out there openly talking about it and being pretty honest. Tactfully of course. And of course they are taking a risk, but doing it anyway.

There's guys on here like Spike who don't give a fuck and just tell it all. That's what I respect. If the world was full of people like that it would be a better place.

Maybe Spike is settled in his country, has a great secure job, and doesn't care about becoming a public figure or sponsored or running for polics, lol!!!

Steve can one day be sitting on a panel to become a permanent U.S. citizen, they ask him "Mr. Namat have you ever used felony drugs since you have been a resident in America"? Steve "Well no of course not" Panel "Mr. Namat was it not you who posted on this public forum that you took this and this and this, all without a Dr.'s perscription"? Uhhhhh, not a comfortable situation. Now the situation would probably never happen and is a bit extreme, but can you see how it's not a good idea for a guy like Steve to open his mouth on the subj? And by the way, do you want all these pros really talking about steroids adn then have congress come down on the sport one day like they did on baseball? The more quiet the "who's who" of the sport keep it, the safer we all are.

I agree on Diaz, saw some pics of her recently.  I think anyone who looks decent in Hollywood is using something, HGH and/or orals.  Did her and A-rod come into Powerhouse?

To hit Home Runs.  8) It is for the stress of training that they go through for 162 Games plus playoffs if there teams made it. MLB is striking down on PED use now.

The "Dark Side" of baseball goes much deeper than most people think...Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle are prime examples.

Ruth experimented with testicular extract from goat testicles.
Mantle received an abscess in his glute from a bad injection.

The point being, the coined phrase "The Steroid Era" of baseball is very misleading...it's been going on for years, heavily since the 1970's and to a degree as evident from the above examples even further back.

True, and also what Arnold Jr. wrote.

Doping goes way back, on the Tour de France in 1900 they have been doing Cocaine and red wine all the way.

As for steroids, Jon Bon Giovi was on to recover better on concert tours....  ::) ::) ::)

Unless she actually told you she was on something, there's women like that in almost every gym in the country. It's because of who she is that people are taking notice.

people are so stupid, they think you have to look like a bodybuilder just because you are on the juice.

correct,,

i right now can show you 100 diff individual on hormones,,some of them dont even look like they are lifting weight period,,some of them hormonized so much and have average genetic respond and really serious about  bodybuild and yet they look like they would place second in some local city show at best,, some are just 225lb with abs of chunkiness and bloofiness that would go down to 180lb in no time when stage time come,,they just carry the fat within th emuscle ,,those are the worst,,the fella 240lb 8%....lol 5'8 ,,that then go on stage 200lb because they carry majority of fatinside the muscle and then stage time they look like enigmas walkign on 2,,they usually also the ones who place 15 in nationals ,,in gym they are mr world ...on stage they are nothing and need to go down to 190lb to even have chance in placing high and then ofcourse they cant look good 190 because they already abuse the shit out of insulina and look like kamali so how can you get down to 190 and look good if you got gut that belong on obese fella....

see what im saying? many many diff types of hormonization ,,

lets take the following individual for example:

croach..he is hormonized but for some reason stuck and cant look good 200lb single digit,,so what he does... he say ok friends,,i go be 170-180lb single digit 6% and will say im natural ,,,he doesnt even say clean he say natural lol which ofcourse he is nto clean nor natural lol,,or he likes to also go around 200lb 9-10% and claim natural lol this is when the bodybuild is on hormones and ust cant make it into the 6-7% and remain 200lb,,it takes more than few tablets of turinabol friends...

alright,,

amaica kid,,
jamaica kid is an interesting individual ,,he lies out of his ass,,i mean he really really want to bodybuild that ia natural and support 210lb 6-7% ,,he really realy want to,,then again his genetic for natural bodybuild is not good otherwize he would already have the connection he need and would suceed in this type of bodybuild which ofcourse is  a lie....never the less! jamaica kid also doesnt go and compete in natural competition for his pro card,,you know there are natural organizations where jamaica boy would be able to maybe win first place...lol and win pro card natural ...he doesnt do it! why? because jamaica boy is HOMONIZED,,a true natural that by the way walk around with good condition but arms that mesure 16 inches at a height of 6'3....they look 18 inches when flexed due to condition of muscle but the arms are 16 inches friends....6'3 205 lb 7-8% bodyfat ...those are his natural numbers and those are the fellas who really would go and do go to comete for natural pro card btu they lose to hormonized fellas who come and lie aka JAMAICA BOY FELLAS,,in reality jamaica boy will never do nothing ,,he wont compete ,,he wont win anything ,,and he wont do anything aside from getting old and going 220lb 8-10% as long as he can afford the hormones ,,whyen he cant he will just say its time to move on and be a jamaican priest...or something of the such ,,

then we got the really interesting individuals named kyoshoo moddo,,that other homo cristopher faildo,,and few others of new generation who really REALLY live a lie but make money of this lie,,now those are the ones i want to be busted,,

then you got the groinks,,very weird ,,very very strange,,will never understand his situation but again ,,amerianos males,,from his generation of 40-50 year old which is bobbie chick generation they are ummm how do i say this nicely,,they are  really like their privacy .... they do a lot of things behind closed doors ,,they have the aproach of mind your own business,,they usually try to avoid discussion on the subject by any means ,,usualy due to career,,female in life,, and they usually have somethign big to lose if a connection was made between them and drugs because in americana hormones = controlled ...... only thing they forget is that if there was even slight problem with personal usage fellas like ason cutler  and fellas like dexter jackson would be sitting next to big bubba boo in the local jail or prison because the doses and the products they use are indeed for personal usage ...but the amount = distributer,,do you see them ever in trouble? no you dont ,,why? because americano goverment dont give a rat ass what you do to yourself with hormones as long as you keep it to YOURSELF ,,and this is the main reason those fellas keep quiet,,again it is strange situation and i dont like this approach but atleast they dont open their mouth right and left,,

rest of the fellas are combinations of inbetween ,,

the best fellas are usually from international locations ,,they always talk openly ,,not all but many ,,and some of them if you are lucky really talk openly and truthfulyy ,,there are not many of them around ,,but if you do know one you are one lucky son of a bitch
