I m a 175 lbs ecto and only eat two meals a day, working out 4/5 hours a week.
It doenst "hurt" , why would it? What truly must hurt is to shit two or three times a day, you re ruining your digestive system. I cant imagine the amount of food you must be ingesting to shit 2 times a day. Wow. Only obese people shit so many time a day.
What's anormal to me is that you shit 2/3 times a week in the first place. Epic overusing your internal organs. LEmme guess you re a "powerlifter/bodybuilder" ?

I always feel good - and my stomach never gets messed up until I try NOT to throw up cause I always end up throwing up like steve-o, weak stomach
but I do take in 25g of fiber a day so that helps :D

(2) Prune juice can be helpful.
(3) If you lead a sedentary life, try walking or jogging more often, this will help with gastric motility.
(4) If the above fails, try some Miralax. One capful three times during the day (in 6 hour increments) can be very helpful.
(5) If all of the above fails, go with a stronger laxative that is still OTC, like that of Milk of Magnesia or even Ex-Lax pills. These laxatives can cause abdominal bloating, cramping and eruptive/projectile diarrhea, but they do the trick.

P.S. Also remember that everyone is different, there are folks that have bowel movements three times a day, while other guys have bowel movements once or twice a week - BOTH circumstances are normal.

For instance, I'm the kind of guy that likes to weigh myself prior to going to bed. If right before I hit the sack, I weigh myself and get something like 210 lbs, once I wake up in the morning and take a piss, it is very common for me to then weigh myself immediately right after and see something like 208 on the scale. Granted, this isn't just urine-weight, but also probably a good amount of perspiration from a night's worth of sweating.
On the flip side of the coin, I've also gone to bed the night before, weighed myself at 210 pounds, only to wake up the next morning take a dump with a little urination as well and then weigh myself to then be at 206 pounds.
Like I said, it could be substantial, stool, urine, water weight etc..

I have dealt with chronic constipation since birth. Due to such, I've had the pleasure of trying most remedies for constipation throughout my life and have also had the pleasure of collecting a 24-hour stool sample for my gastroenterologist in order to test for a whole shitload of stuff. In doing so, I have compared a normal day's worth of stool, versus the accumulation of stool after 2-3 days of no bowel movements.
Stool weight can vary depending on age, height, types of food consumed and the amount of time with no bowel movements allowing for accumulation of fecal matter.
With regards to using stool during foreplay, the stuff is very pathogenic and can cause a crap load of maladies that I wouldn't recommend.

Actually my diet is so pristine that 100% of my intake goes towards fueling my physique and recovering from "doing battle" in the gym so I do not generate any waste products.

Once at 645am, another around 12pm, one more at 430pm, possibly one at night. You can set a watch to my dump cycles.
I eat plenty of leafy greens, vegetables, and fruit with a good share of water. I work out 3-4 times per week and eat all my meals at around the same time each day.
