then i went to 150 for a few weeks around christmas lost some weight
then i said fuck it and wanted to up the dose to 750
then i got scared
and did 450 for a week
and i guess i'm gonna do 500 now
i'm a little bit scared to go too high and destroy my hair completelty

Yes it can be a mindfuck until you`ve trained for eons, then realize that bulking is just a term used by fat fuckers, who simply use the term as an excuse to eat shitty,in an effort to "BULK" up,which translated literally means turns out to gaining excess fat and hiding any muscle they had to begin with.
Excess calories turn into fat or are excreted by the body,enhanced or not,this is a fact.
It`s always best to build small amounts of lean tissue over time,then you`ll always look great.
You may not notice size gains as much,but others will as evidenced by the pic you posted here bro.
You`re definately bigger and leaner than Hell,but,you did not get fat in the process!
Progress is not measured on the scale,unless you are lean and any added bodyweight is lean tissue.

I see what you are saying about being relaxed, you still look great by the way, obviously holding water etc, once you cut, you will look awesome.
Don't get the blocky abs,(I assume you don't take GH) I used to do tons of weighted ab exercises but but making upper abs too "blocky", now I just do bodyweight crunches for abs focusing on form alot more, seems better.
Also I really think you should go have a sensitive E2 panel done, if you live in UK you can get it done on NHS for free.
I am sure your acne and holding water etc all estro related.
Can't tell for sure without knowing your E2 levels but my theory is that since you are taking quite high test (yes even 500 is high if you are relatively normal person) + the fact that you taking 5 Finas a day (very high dose) that your E2 might be high and causing the acne which it can do.
I would check E2 and dose Arimidex accordingly to get it to around 30-50 nmol/l probably 1mg EOD might not be overkill for you but do the test and find out for sure.

"If you`re on gear,just do any kind of training and you`ll grow."
"All you have to do is stimulate the muscle."
I don`t agree with this, and have seen lots of guys bring up weaker bodyparts just by knowing, or experimenting with different training methods until hitting upon a tactic that worked for them.
Too many guys these days don`t train properly and miss out on how to establish a strong mind to muscle connection,as well as going too heavy thinking that this will build size,sloppy form,etc. etc.
My legs have always sucked no matter what I did for them,and I literally trained the shit out of them to no avail,these days even though I`m older than fucking dirt,they look better than ever before....I just do things a lot different for them than in the past and they finally came around.......now they look like tree trunks! :D

Yes low estrogen is bad for hair and affects Zinc uptake, I would get your doc to give you high strength pharma zinc tabs and take those everyday at high doses.
The issue here is that the fins and test makes E2 go up, so since you are taking high does of finas, your e2 is probably going to be higher.
Like I said, do the test and then you will KNOW, I betting it's gonna come higher than 100 nmol/l, you wanna get down to 30-50 ish.
E2 very tough to get right.

Mac,there is literally a ton of things you could do to try to bring them up to par.....here`s a few:
Pre-Exhaust-do an isolation exercise,immediately followed by a compund exercise.....no rest between exercises,ie. laterals of your choice with presses of your choice
Run the dumbell rack............start with the lowest weight,get 5-6 reps,keep going up the rack attempting to get these 5-6 reps,then when you hit failure,immediately repeat but going from heavy to light......no stopping until completely finished.
This should be done at the end of the workout to just fry delts.
Seated Bradford Press-affords continuous tension throught the exersise
Drop-Sets-do a set to failure,stop,grab a lighter weight keep going to failure again.
Super-Sets,Tri-Sets,or Giant-Sets.............employs mega high time under tension and ensures that you get a great pump/burn by doing a shitload of work in record time.
There`s a lot more,but my typing finger is getting tired....Rest Pause,half reps after no more full reps can be done just to extend the set.....also,one full rep,followed by one half rep.....fucking brutal,and also increases time under tension.
Mix things up constantly to keep the body from adapting to a set pattern which it does very quickly.
Also,for width,obviously do more lateral head work as opposed to pressing,work on getting the waistline and lats as best as you can obviously.
Only do one pressing exercise per workout,any more is just redundant.

Mac,there is literally a ton of things you could do to try to bring them up to par.....here`s a few:
Pre-Exhaust-do an isolation exercise,immediately followed by a compund exercise.....no rest between exercises,ie. laterals of your choice with presses of your choice
Run the dumbell rack............start with the lowest weight,get 5-6 reps,keep going up the rack attempting to get these 5-6 reps,then when you hit failure,immediately repeat but going from heavy to light......no stopping until completely finished.
This should be done at the end of the workout to just fry delts.
Seated Bradford Press-affords continuous tension throught the exersise
Drop-Sets-do a set to failure,stop,grab a lighter weight keep going to failure again.
Super-Sets,Tri-Sets,or Giant-Sets.............employs mega high time under tension and ensures that you get a great pump/burn by doing a shitload of work in record time.
There`s a lot more,but my typing finger is getting tired....Rest Pause,half reps after no more full reps can be done just to extend the set.....also,one full rep,followed by one half rep.....fucking brutal,and also increases time under tension.
Mix things up constantly to keep the body from adapting to a set pattern which it does very quickly.

Here's a PRO TIP.
most trainers train there front delts cnstantly...even when they think they are training side delts. Because they roll their shoulder joint to the best mechanical position. .so they can handle more weight.
Look at your shoulder..where is the lateral head ? Draw a mental arc in your mind of the line the weight should follow to hit those fibers the most effective . Its going to be different for everybody depending on you shoulder girdle....and its not straight out to the side.
Another misconception is stop at your eyes....don't go too high. Wrong...go as high as you can...you're actually isolating the delt more the higher you go.
The one thing I do differently than anyone is I think for myself and have no "sacred cows" when it comes to training.

My suggestion? Partials.... when you cant complete a full rep with good form anymore, don't loosen up the form. Instead, keep form strict and just keep your arms moving, even if it's 25-50% of the ROM. It will BURN, but just push through as much as you can

Excess calories turn into fat or are excreted by the body,enhanced or not,this is a fact.
It`s always best to build small amounts of lean tissue over time,then you`ll always look great.
You may not notice size gains as much,but others will as evidenced by the pic you posted here bro.
You`re definately bigger and leaner than Hell,but,you did not get fat in the process!
Progress is not measured on the scale,unless you are lean and any added bodyweight is lean tissue.

How many times I have to tell you I am not on HGH, I only injected it IM into my delts for whole of 45 days to help with my shoulder injury (bursitis and impingement) on the basis that I had already 3 cortisone shots in each shoulder and my doctor would not allow me to have anymore and wanted me to do key hole surgery which I refused.
Now obviously I welcomed any fat burning but it just made me fatter actually and feel lethargic, GH without AA's is completely useless and waste of time other than for healing up injuries and even then works to limited extent.

I can understand fearing putting something into my body if I didn't know for sure where it came from. Since I have a prescription for test cypionate which I fill at the Safeway pharmacy, I am not worried about this. If I bought it from some illegitimate source or off the internet, I'd be more concerned.
If you are prepping for a competition and you only competed in natural bodybuilding contests, then I can understand how you might be concerned about being "natty" since competing against the pros in untested contests take the competition to a whole different level. If however you are just hoping to add some size, who cares how you do it. As far as I know, you still have to lift regardless of whether you are on test or using AAS. The last thing you should be concerned about is what we idiots on Getbig think.
