Went into Labcirp today for a 9 panel drug test as I don’t like being falsely accused of recreational drug usage. They had an actual height thing on their scale and I checked my height. I was a full 511 barefoot not 510.75 so feeling pretty good about that. Drug test results will be available in 48hrs somehow I doubt anyone is going to apologize when it shows I am clean. I am not court ordered I am merely preparing myself for false allegations in custody court. May as well prove the getbig haters wrong as well.

This was a job that his friend basically got for me (he worked there and he put in my name).

I posted my blood test and urinalysis results, and Grape Ape said I wasn't in ketosis even though the RESULTS CLEARLY FUCKING SHOW I AM IN KETOSIS.
Phantom Spunker questioned my low calorie intake, even though virtually the only way a person could have a high TSH level but all other thyroid function in range, would be from extreme low calories.
I could film my blood being drawn and pass any drug test - some Getbiggers wouldn't believe it.

I train consistently and I train hard. I also eat great I am very conscious of what I eat and how hard I train. I literally think about and plan it out well in advance and make adjustments based on how I am recovering. I base my life around my eating and training and recovery they are my top priorities beside my family. Just because a 165lb septuagenarian doesn't understand the amount of nutrition I need doesn't mean I am not eating well and training hard.

Yep I had 1.5 drinks in June those are the only drinks I have had in the last 6 months. That hardly makes me someone who drinks. I live at the beach friends come over and drink at my house playing pool they drink at my pool they drink at the beach we go out and they have drinks at concerts everyone drinks everyday except me. I have had 1.5 drinks in 6 months so fuck no I don't drink. My girlfriend has a glass of wine every night I don't drink. But by all means keep spreading lies and trying to argue with me about it meanwhile I am the only guy at the bar not drinking.

A guy with a solid training foundation would hardly lose any cuz he has real muscle,and you sir have gained no real tissue, you have gained Lake Superior.,which means your body is all pump and gear,but anyone that knows bodybuilding can clearly see that anyway.
You train like a wuss I`m 67 and I`d make you cry in the gym on any bodypart.........you name it and I would make you quit like a little girl.

You have visible abs but the "squares" are thin and shallow....to see what I mean just check out on of my ab shots....they are thick with a small waist and they stand out in bold relief.
If I win that card or even place top 5 I will rub it into your face every chance that I get.....and yes dickhead the bodyweight classes on the NPC are legit....that`s why they instituted them.
We can`t all gain a ton of water to weigh 230 pounds and look like the proverbial bag of smashed assholes,only to lose it if we catch a cold or miss a meal of the empty calorie laden trash that you ingest.
My goals are different than yours....yours is to weigh more and to impress regular people who have no idea what they are looking at in your local grocery store, mine is to look great and compete at a high level and to impress actual bodybuilding judges in the NPC.

Being a heavyweight even the dead last heavyweight is still a better bodybuilder than the guy who wins at 150lbs. The goal is to have 19 20 inch arms with ans not to have the best abs ever with 14 inch arms. Went into Labcirp today for a 9 panel drug test as I don’t like being falsely accused of recreational drug usage. They had an actual height thing on their scale and I checked my height. I was a full 511 barefoot not 510.75 so feeling pretty good about that. Drug test results will be available in 48hrs somehow I doubt anyone is going to apologize when it shows I am clean. I am not court ordered I am merely preparing myself for false allegations in custody court. May as well prove the getbig haters wrong as well.

There is nothing to catch. I don't use recreational drugs it is absolutely not my thing. I also have joint custody not visitation privileges. So according to getbig I was a massive tweaker mid week last week but then just quit cold turkey and passed a drug test Monday morning for Getbig. Like a massive tweaker is just going to quit on a dime to prove a point to Getbig does that make any sense? Not only do I not use recreational drugs I do not use clen or T3 I am all about eating as much as possible and getting as big as possible. The fact that I am 230lbs should really answer the question I do not use stimulants other than 1-2 cups of coffee that is all. Again you can all do whatever you want but I am all about training and getting big I do not party or get down like that. I am all about eating and being strong and healthy and working out not partying and wasting away.

I train consistently and I train hard. I also eat great I am very conscious of what I eat and how hard I train. I literally think about and plan it out well in advance and make adjustments based on how I am recovering. I base my life around my eating and training and recovery they are my top priorities beside my family. Just because a 165lb septuagenarian doesn't understand the amount of nutrition I need doesn't mean I am not eating well and training hard.

Unfortunately they can get as big as they can but it doesn't cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They're not as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they don't know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back through various manly activities (MMA, cars, weight lifting etc.).
They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males, will go the steroids route to get even "bigger", attempting to cure their insecurity, but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males. The lack of a father figure also often means they didn't have guidance to continue studies and are often working shitty manual jobs.

Spending several hours in a Santa Monica, CA jail cell with someone who supposedly committed assault with a deadly weapon, a knife, and who was going through heroin withdrawal was not the best time I've ever had. Of course, this could also mean I have been more careful than you, and I was never caught breaking the law.

Alcohol and caffeinated drinks consumption - two drinks ever couple of drinks wouldn't make your hands tremor. Are you a coffee or Pepsi drinker?
Drug withdrawal e.g. benzodiazepines, alcohol - not likely to be benzo's since they cause loss of appetite and you definitely don't have that. Hard to have alcohol withdrawal since you "don't drink" well except those two you mentioned. Can't be testosterone cypionate because you told everyone it isn't a drug.
Lack of sleep - getting up during the night to poop might be a problem. You also seem like a good candidate for sleep apnea.
Stress, anxiety, anger - any of these seem very likely.
Advanced age - you are not that old.
Maybe it is Parkinson's or essential tremors.
Considering your extensive medical history, there is no excuse for you not to have a primary care physician. Only problem with that is a doctor can't accurately diagnose your health issues when you lie or lie by omission to them.
Carpel tunnel is unlikely. I know several people with carpel tunnel, including myself. It causes pain and weakness in your hands, not shaking/tremors.

Well it has never come up before but yeah I was having some real issues with my hands a couple weeks ago. I was dropping food at the buffet at Fathers Day brunch. I couldnt get them to stop that day was embarrassing as had entire family at a fancy meal and I couldnt work my hands. I often spill my coffee when trying to walk from the kitchen to my office. It seems to have gotten worse the last few years. I have kind of just assumed it is some kind of electrolyte or sugar imbalance thing as it usually happens before or after eating. But I gave up writing by hand years ago I can not really fill out forms anymore. They always shook a little but sometimes get bad now. I have also been in a lot of race car wrecks and may have some kind of nerve damage in my neck. I also thought maybe it was cramps or carpal tunnel related. But I had the issue to a lesser degree when young so not sure. I don't have a primary care physician I have not had one in over a decade. It is very difficult to see a Dr around here and not sure what they could do anyway. But yeah I get hand shakes sometimes.

I`m already in shape,just not contest ready cuz I have a whole year to go/grow.
