So I was kind of annoyed when I saw that Armed Forces Nationals was being renamed American Hero Championship or some bullshit. Not worth waiting on that. SO I then looked to see what other contest were around. The closest thing I found was the Jay Cutler Classic in Richmond VA in August which is only a 2.5 hour drive

I really don't see how I wouldn't be at least top 3 and yeah I think if I were to diet down a little I can win it. I don't think I have anything left to prove by doing the Cutler Classic or some other show. If I am going to bother it may as well be Nationals

Again not tougher competition and I would like to do Nationals in July but have stuff going on. Regardless I am in better shape walking around than your average local show winner and need some work to be ready for Nationals that's not bad considering most of you don't even lift.

More BS. There was another contest around the same time (March 30th) and much closer to you, the 2024 NPC Warrior Classic which was held in Manassas, VA which is 4.5 hours away from you, so closer than Charlotte.

I registered for both Divisions bodybuilding and Classic. Plan is to train consistently and work on my tan the next month. Not sure on weight goal yet will see how things develop a few more weeks. Weight was low a week ago but now has popped back up some. Will see where I am at as it gets closer but 209 shouldn't be a problem

Depends how tan I can get my white ass this next month. I do have a pool. It is summer. I can get pretty dark. But regardless if I get a base tan it will make the protan look better.
But both divisions I will have to hit a front lat spread and everything. Not sure if I have to do 2 evening shows or 1? Will have to bring extra trunks and change and it is more stage work.
However my cardio has improved dramatically so will not be a problem. The main difference is I am going to fast after weigh ins. Laugh all you want but it will be a night and day difference.
I probably had 10k calories and a gallon of fluid between weigh ins and the evening show the next day. Still had enough to win and still would again if I did that. But going to eat less if at all and a 3 hour drive is also going to make a big difference way easier on my digestive system.

I don't need a 45 caliber. If I shoot someone with a 22 that is going to take all the piss right out of them. Also easier to aim and shoot. But I don't plan to shoot anyone the only reason I might ever use it is to shoot a varmint harassing our chickens. The 22 caliber is more than enough.
Also not my only firearm I do have a semi auto rifle for the apocalypse chambered in 6.81 SPC and several high capacity magazines but if I grab the hatchet you should run

I am not taking anything. My father died from afib heart attack when he would bend down and stand back up he would get dizzy due to rapid blood pressure change and pass out. Not a good combo for shoveling snow.
I get dizzy when I bend down to tie my shoes and then stand back up. That is why I am not ever going to pick up a damn thing off the floor and it also just hurst to bend I am usually stiff and sore if something drops I leave it. When I go snowboarding it is the bending down and messing with my bindings that damn near puts me out. You have to stan with your legs locked and bend over to your toes. When I do that and come back up after exercise I don't feel right. I am perfectly fine and not winded at all riding then I get off the chair lift bend over and have to rest when I stand back up.
if I squat down and take a knee to tie my shoe I am fine. If I have to stand with my legs locked and bend over and maintain the position for a minute like on a snowboard when strapping into the bindings after mild exercise I do not feel well

That revolver could be loaded really fast with a quickloader. The one Bhank has has a little door that opens up and you have to drop one round then spin the cylinder, it's a pain in the ass and especially with .22 rounds since they are so small. ;D

I purchased a 6.81 because it is the superior caliber to the 556 the reason the armsy switched is because the Infantry have been complaing for decades about the 723 being superior the 6.8 is between the 2 also I lived in Virginia at the time and did not want to purchase an additional rifle to shoot a deer and it is or was illegal to shoot a deer with a 556 caliber in VA a 6.81 is legal. I do agree with you that that type of lunacy exists, for sure. I can't tell you how many people think because their 3-4 year old kid hits a few shots with the fat plastic blue baseball bat that their kid "is going to be great"....LOL. But I don't see leveling criticism at a parent for NOT enrolling them in this stuff at age four as legitimate. Unrelated, but if California liberal parents are all for something, it's probably wrong as well.
And it vaires - at 4, they can likely have some fun at dance (been through that journey too), gymnastics, martial arts, etc......but baseball/basketball/soccer at that age is useless, and I don't think they get anything out of it terms of development.

While the recumbent bike is the epitome of the lazy fuck gaybo version of biking, I have no issue with anything that gets adults doing 45-60 min of low impact cardio a day.
I run 3-5 miles a couple times a week, and a recumbent couch bike would probably accomplish the same thing for me, with out feeling like shit on my knees and stuff.

That's so funny. While it's become necessary to specialize if you want to be the best at ages 11-12, parents have literally zero idea how big a leap kids take (or don't) once they hit high school. The physical size and strength are the driving factors to who gets the opportunity to play beyond that level. The son wants to play soccer in 6th grade and his dad is legit panicking/stressed because the seasons are at the same time and he cant play both. I told let him play soccer, that he may need a break from baseball and the time away will be good.
My coworker is concerned that all the others kids are going to keep getting better while his son wont, and I said no of it matters when theyre in high school.

Are my knees stiff do they feel like they can move? Do I look like Ronnie Coleman going upstairs? Can I walk. Those are my primary concerns after that it is all gravy.

2nd night in a row diaria got to show cramping up bad cant even turn sideways and get into a side chest forgot to even hit a most muscular nearly feel off stage left calf was cramped so bad no vascularity

May as well go back for finals but it was really bad I considered pulling out yesterday but did it anyway. But yeah did not even hit a most muscular and couldnt hit a side chest or triceps as leg just starts cramping the second I bend I even managed to fall out of a chair and twist both knees 20 minutes prior. They also had me do a 30 second routine prior to prejudging . Anyway was not good you will all get a good laugh. I am retired going to fix my pec and go on a perma bulk
