Title: Rude Questions People Ask Me
Post by: NPCOK on May 24, 2006, 05:32:17 AM
I am a national level bodybuilder, but I am not by any means a "mass monster" I compete as a middleweight/welterweight, and I'm 5'5.... yet people are always walking up asking me questions about steriods.

What if I walked up to every out of shape person in the gym and asked: "do you eat alot of gravy"... oh I'm sorry I just assumed you couldn't get THAT out of shape unless you drank gravy all the time. I would be an asshole right.... or If I walked up to some obviously weak guy who was struggling with minimal weight and asked him if he was talking estrogen pills.... oh I'm sorry I just assumed that you could not have been so weak naturally.

People think that there is nothing more to it than taking a shot in the ass and working out every once in awhile. They don't see competitors doing two hours of cardio 6 days a week or eating 8 meal a day that taste like fucking cardboard or working out to the point of projectile vommiting..I own a personal training studio and work with clients 10-12 hours a day, and then have to get in two hours of cardio+weight training+8 solid meals.

I wake up at 4 a.m. every day and finish my day around 8p.m. The average person could not handle this for 1 week, yet they still assume it's nothing more than taking a little juice that seperates you from them.

I have been asked the same question many times, some from out of shape recreational lifters and other hard core people.

If anything I think it is a compliment that they think I have a physique that rivals steroid users....

Take it positively....Just look at them and say, all natural, 100% dedicated!!

A gym manager where i worked once asked a pretty big guy what he was using after his workouts, trying to sell him some protein or cell tech or something

he just said

"Steroids" and walked out

she then pretended to do some paperwork

The stupid inbreeds that make the comments you stated are just justifying there own self defeat in life cause they either lack the willpower to achieve something greater than polishing off a box of 4 dozen powder doughnuts or stating that everyone that achieves something great in life cheated!!!

Off-topic...

Are you from the OKC area? Will you be competing in the NPC this year in Tulsa?

alright get off it...take an avg person..give him the amount you r on and he'll handle it for a week or more just fine..

i juice..but i'm sick of the "avg person cannot handle this" or that comments

they ask you about steroids cause steroids are illegal and food is not..simple..it aint fair but quit whining..

as for eating cardboard..no ones putting a fucking gun to your head to eat food that tastes like cardboard...

it IS the jyuice that seperates me from them at least..yanno i eat like crap most of the time..and train like a wuss...its only when i'm juicing is when my training steps up and when i see quick results..guess what..i start eating stuff that tastes like cardboard with a smile..JUICE MAKES IT EASIER...

its easier to make quick gains and then fall into a strict diet than be natural and make slow gains while following a strict diet..

so please..stfu..

You make a great point. I can relate to you a lot, not in terms of height or weight (I am taller and bigger) but with what you are thinking / feeling. Unfortunately, the general public seems to be clueless when it comes to gauging a person's (relative) size and strength levels and this is most probably due to how few guys there are out there that are really built.  The average person seems to have a certain cut -off point, sometimes as low as someone being over 190 or 200 lbs (for guys under 5'10). Anyone bigger than that, having a pair of 18" arms or above is 'on steroids'  ::)

I train in a University gym which is pretty good - they let you use chalk, the power racks are empty most of the times (except when some moron does quarter squats with a 45 lb plate on each side, but that's another story altogether) and they let you do your thing. I myself train the old-school way - basic, heavy free-weight compound movements with a bit of machines and cables thrown in at the end. The thing that gets to me is that how out of ALL the students and others who train (if it can be called that), apart from myself and a couple of other powerlifters, NO ONE has the slightest inkling of what hard work is.

Most of the students think that the reason they dont make gains is because they have an ineffective programme - oh brother  ::). They always do cables and machines and swiss ball stuff - anything that makes the workout easier. And they ALL TALK, ALL THE TIME - every f*cking one of them  >:(. I've got nothing against people doing what they want, but it does annoy me when they see me work my butt off and bring up the 'steroid' remark and the associated gestures - making an injecting symbol with their hands, shaking their heads etc (BTW, I am a natty 100 % 8))

I know that almost all of them are just plain mediocrities and the one thing they all have in common is the way they hate anyone with a passion (in this case, for lifting). You can tell they know they will never be able to match your passion and thus come up with every lame thing to try and make themselves feel better. Of course, I don't care what they think and in fact, take it as a compliment, but it would be good if people didn't try to undermine / negate your hard work - it's like you bust your butt and scored an A in an exam, only to have people say that you did that only because you cheated.

Just had to vent, sorry. And NPCOK - great to see you being focused on what you are doing mate. Keep it up. In the end, even if no-one understood / appreciated you, you know that you gained self-respect (and respect from guys like me) and trust me, all the adoration and appreciation of those mediocrities won't equal that  8)

Your brain is far from deductive reasoning........

Where in that WHOLE statement did he say he's on the sauce? ? ? nowhere.... your jump to an accusations is a tribute of your desire to not read a statement, deduct logic and reason and come up with an educated opinion.

Everything you said is right on the money.  I also like when someone sees my stretchmarks and thinks I must have been juicing to get them to that extent.  It never occurs to people that you actually can get some real size by heavy, basic training and eating to grow.

I think it is a very rude question if the person doesn't know me, I'm only going to talk about it if I know the person has already taken them before or a very close friend.  You have to remember they are very illegal, think about all the BS baseball players have gone through because someone they didn't know want them to tell them they took them.  I don't ever want to be a reason for someone to take steroids, and by them knowing that you take them that will make them think it is alright with no other thought put into it.

Flex Wheeler was pretty good with oneliners when strangers would come and ask him steroid questions.  "You do roids?" "You do crack?", "What do you bench" "I use the bench for presses!", "Are you on Deca? "Show me your tits" etc.

The reason most people have that response when they see someone who looks pretty good is because most people can't achieve that naturally.  The sport is so flooded with second rate drug users that it's only normal to assume most people are on with any substantial gains.  The majority of people who have ever trained do not have the dedication over time required to achieve much on a natural level, this is why you see gyms flooded with juiced up weekend warriors getting ready to go " clubbin' " for the summer.  It's not the average lame brain with comments of, "Are you on juice?" that ruin the sport, it's the obsurd drug usage throughout the industry that gives bodybuilding a bad rep.

A few months ago, while at a party, some assclown asked me, "So, how many steroids are you pumping in each arm?"  I hesistated and questioned the drunkeness of the individual, then remembered what it felt like to weigh 150lbs soaking wet.  I don't remember what I said at the time, but should have said, "Only one cycle in 1994 baby.  I've gotten some awesome mileage from it!  Up to 185 at the time from 160, then down to 150lbs.  Now here's the secret, stop lifting for a few years, smoke cigarettes, eat ice cream, then start back lifting and you'll go from 150lbs (2002) to 215lbs (2005) natural in a few years.  That's the secret to juicing...haha  You just can't compare drug gains with natural ones.  Anybody with $300 and a gym membership can gain 25lbs in a 2 months on gear, it's easy cause I've done it.

imo average or out of shape  people try to convince themselves that everyone who,s got a good build uses some sort of chemicals to acheive that body, its their way of feeling good about themselves coming up short of acheiving the body they want.if all it was was popping afew orals or sticking a needle in your ass then most dudes in the gym would look like jay or ronnie, diet combined with bust ass training is the base, the drugs do help but only in conjuction with the first 2 things i just mentioned.

Wow,  natural and a national level bodybuilder..maybe for a natural organiization? Interesting..

At the same time, I agree with you its not just about gear. Ive seen many guys on gear and they dont impress me- They may be strong as hell, but to get the bodybuilder look, takes smart training, and knowing what and how much to eat, according to your body...

Welcome to the world of a competitive BB...thats all I get from everyone.

I had a 'father' recently ask me if I know where to score some dbols for his 13yr old son who is in 8th grade and plays football but he weighs 120lbs and wants him up to 165 before his freshman yr...

I had relatives, in-laws blatantly ask me direct...'do you take steroids because they are bad for you...' literally second after meeting them.

I constantly have 'avarage joes' preaching to me how unhealthy I am as they puff on a cigarette and as their beer belly hangs over their beltline...

There is nothing better than giving out false or bogus information for the sake of looking at their faces as they look confused...telling people to try to eat as much ice creme as possible at bedtime because there is a certain chemical found in the diary used to whip the creme that is found in steroids...is so funny. When asked how much I bench...even though I never bench...I tell them double what you think your max might be...like...''yea, I can bench 850...no problem!"

I fuggin cant stand people now I think about it...Im getting pissed just typing in this thread...damnit!!!

Newsflash....

Nobody cares.

He would start telling the pros how he aspires to be a PRO WELTERWEIGHT BODYBUILDER and when they were distracted he would spike their drinks with viagra. Then when they were about to go onstage NPCOCK says, "wait a minute there bros, you can't go out there with those striated vascular cocks hanging out. Bullshit..... gear makes up 15-20% of a total overall development..
(IT GETS YOU OVER THE HUMP GENTICALLY WISE)

Nutrition 70%
Training 10%

example

A drag car....
On pump gas it hits 120mph @ 12.5 in the quarter mile....add a 150# shot of NOS it hits 145 @ 11.2 or so
but without the proper timing, fuel mix, tread, and driver reaction time that extra 1.3 seconds don't mean shit.. just a waste of about $100 venting into the air.

No you're talking bullshit. Look at the studies Matt C refered to.
Get your lazy ass onto the couch and in front of the TV and slurp some protein shakes, if you are on roids you will build muscle and lose fat. No pro would be where he is if he didn't juice. If it was really that small a factor as you suggest, you would be able to find naturals at a mr o competition.

Again, think about cattle.  They are given hormones and do NOTHING and gain how many hundreds of pounds of lean tissue?  ::)

Also if you check any studies done by Shalender Bhasin and his colleagues you will see that those being injected with steroids doing NOTHING made greater gains in muscle mass than naturals training when both groups had the same diet!

Steroids are AS SIGNIFICANT or MORE SIGNIFICANT than any other factor.  Period.

Yes and those very same cattle your referring to also were on a steady diet and also were pasture driven everyday.... a cow carrying 1500lbs of weight and given sauce will grow its inevitable..

Its the Myostatin gene in every animal that gives us our genetic limit, the gear just puts us over the hump.

Everyone knows it's a mojor factor when your talkin about being a top level BBer or a pro but when your just inshape and kinda big for your height and your lean some people assume you must be taking somthing when it can easily be attained naturally.
Title: Re: Rude Questions People Ask Me
Post by: MikeThaMachine on May 24, 2006, 04:12:29 PM
The 500 pound bench is debatable.  It might be possible to achieve that naturally but I would say naturals who bench 500 are few and far between.

As for a 20" muscular arm naturally - no chance.  Unless the person is 6'5 maybe.

Well that was kinda the point cause you said

But I go on record to say that no one would have 20" arms or bench 500 WITHOUT steroids.

Tall guys can get 20inches no prob if they are serious lifters and natural powerlifters could do 500lbs benches :)

lol, I think NPCOK expected a series of mayhem-like replies where everyone jumps in and says that it's the hard training and diet that makes people grow and ignore the fact that steroids are a huge factor.

Some of them want to pretend that.  I guess if it makes them feel better about themselves, why not?

Yeah, it's really hard to fill a syringe up with gear and inject it into your quad lol.

HAHAHA. Yes. As long as you have a decent structure, all you need to do is inject yourself with juice and lift heavy with shitty form. That's the reality.

when i was younger i asked a guy what he did to get so big he said eat doughnuts after you workout...i thaught he was full of shit.. well one day he asked me to lift with him and i did after the workout when we were leaving in the locker he had half a dozen krispy kreme doughnuts....

p.s. he also did 2 hours of cardio a day to keep in shape lol

Can't forget eating though.  But that really isn't all that complicated.

Yep. That almost comes natural though. Your body will demand more food to maintain that size. It's funny how the pros act like you need a degree to figure it out. It's not rocket science by any means. Even if you have shitty structure, if you juice, you will look very impressive to the average schmoe walking down the street. You may even be the MR.Olympia.

These guys party and drink and skip work outs and some even use recreational drugs. They just compensate for this by upping the dosages and lifting heavy weights with shitty form again. Do you really think these guys know more than you? You can do a little research and figure it all out in a week. That's why some people like bodybuilding....anyone can do it, and it's so subjective that everyone is an expert.

alright get off it...take an avg person..give him the amount you r on and he'll handle it for a week or more just fine..

i juice..but i'm sick of the "avg person cannot handle this" or that comments

they ask you about steroids cause steroids are illegal and food is not..simple..it aint fair but quit whining..

as for eating cardboard..no ones putting a fucking gun to your head to eat food that tastes like cardboard...

it IS the jyuice that seperates me from them at least..yanno i eat like crap most of the time..and train like a wuss...its only when i'm juicing is when my training steps up and when i see quick results..guess what..i start eating stuff that tastes like cardboard with a smile..JUICE MAKES IT EASIER...

its easier to make quick gains and then fall into a strict diet than be natural and make slow gains while following a strict diet..

so please..stfu..

its like when priest says " yeah i juice but i only have 1 anadrol pill that i lick a teensy bit before i train"  ::)
people like you give gear a bad name and rep.  do you compete?  eating cardboard, eating right, and bustin ass is all part of success in bodybuilding.  If you are just a "joe" weightlifter taking gear cause youre lazy...whatever....
why put shit in you if you dont need to?

yeah, why do you take steroids?

you need to take them only if you're competing for a 10 dollar plastic trophy.  but if you're doing it for no return (i.e. better looks when you're out getting hammered), then you're just stupid.

He wonders why people ask him why he is on roids...  Maybe because he is taking illegal substances that draw attention to himself.  He is taking stuff that makes him look even more different than regular society - you will get questions then...  If you don't like it, lay off the juice and hope people still ask you the same question (and take it as a compliment for your hard work).

Title: Re: Rude Question
Post by: WiseGuy on May 24, 2006, 06:38:49 PM
NPCOK - If you're not on the sauce why would you be offended?  Not a month goes by where one person or another doesn't make that comment to me and I always consider it a compliment because they must think I am.  In April, one guy I know even took me to the corner of the gym to have a heart-to-heart with me about the dangers of steroids, LOL.

The only time I was ever offended was when one person said I was on but didn't look like it.  This offended me that he thought I was a juicer yet showed no results.

Also I disagree that you need 18 inch arms to get accused of steroids.  We live in a very out of shape society so anyone with any type of shape is often considered to be "ON" by others.  Professional athletes with 13 inch arms are accused of being "ON".

By the way NPCOK, if I had to guess I would say you are on steroids and that is why you're so offended because you feel no credit is being given to your other efforts.  Well in that case, guess what?  Chances are you are severely downplaying the effectiveness of gear.

It reminds me of some of the pros on mayhem who want to give themselves so much credit for their hard work.  Well you know something?  That hard work would get you NOWHERE without juice - that is, nowhere past being maybe 200 pounds lean at 5'10.  Yeah some juicers work hard no doubt, but give steroids the credit they deserve (a lot of it).

the perfect post for this thread...the douche is juicing....

Title: Re: Rude Questions People Ask Me

It's ashame that people just assume, but unfortunately it is the ignorance that comes along with being in the industry. You shouldn't have to defend yourself for being natural or not being natural.

lol, I think NPCOK expected a series of mayhem-like replies where everyone jumps in and says that it's the hard training and diet that makes people grow and ignore the fact that steroids are a huge factor.
Some of them want to pretend that.  I guess if it makes them feel better about themselves, why not?

I can't speak for NPCOK, but I think you are missing the point a bit. What he's probably pissed off about, is the fact that he gets NO acknowledgement for the WORK he puts in. Assuming he is speaking the truth, what he is doing is commendable - Steroids or not. If people said stuff along the lines of 'You work hard and are disciplined, but you wouldn't look this good without steroids', that's one thing. But when they ONLY mention steroids, you know that they attribute ALL his gains SOLELY to steroids.

Don't know about you guys, but I don't think bodybuilders who juice shouldn't be given any credit (at least not all of them - wow, is that a quadruple negative  :o). You can take all the steroids in the world, but to compete (successfully) in any contest, esp. in the big ones, you still need to work your ass off. You can ride on your genetics to a certain extent, but to WIN, you have to work harder than anyone else (and even then, your winning isn't guarenteed).

For example, take guys like Ronnie and Jay on one hand and take the average juicer in the gym. What sets the first two apart (other than genetics)? Its their work ethic, their discipline etc. In other words, how much they put into it. A guy with better genetics who does less work ALWAYS gets beaten by a harder-working guy with (relatively) inferior genetics - well, almost always. That is why guys like Flex Wheeler, Paul Dillett and Kevin Levrone routinely got beaten by guys like Dorian Yates and Shawn Ray. When Flex and Kevin were focused and did everything they could, they won (like in the beginning of their careers). But when they took time off, trained only a few months with less-than-100% dedication, they got their ass handed to them (rightfully) by the guys like Ronnie and Doz (who were committed 200%).

And for those of you who talk about competing for a $ 20 plastic trophy, give me a f*cking break. NO ONE sets out to do all that work with just that trophy in mind. It's all about self-improvement - you do it for yourself. Then, comes the acknowledgement from other people (on contest day) in the form of the trophy. The trophy is just a symbol / proof of your achievement - It doesn't matter whether its made of plastic or platinum. Only a petty mind would actually give more importance to the MONETARY vaue of the actual trophy itself, rather than what it stands for. In a way, it makes all the competitors' efforts even more praiseworthy, since you can tell that they put themselves through all that torture not for mere money, but for something much greater 8)

And I know I am going to get flamed for typing a serious reply - go ahead you assh0les  ;D
(braces himself)

Sorry I took so long to reply...some people have jobs etc....can't spend all their time on the computer. Aside from any moral issues..as far as juicing or whatever..that is beside the point. When somebody you do not even know comes up and starts asking you questions about commiting a felony they are a dumbass. I know alot of guys who take shit loads of juice and work out consistantly and still look like shit because of their diet etc... My point is that there is a lot of hard work that goes into bodybuilding and most people have no idea what it really takes. I am not looking for a bunch of people to agree with me on this because quite frankly most of the people reading this...proabably 90% are not bodybuilders...they are computer nerds...you can not relate to somebody like me. If you would like to prove me wrong on that: post a picture of yourself at your last competition and let people compare it to the pic of me that you posted. The pic of myself that was posted is from the Mr. Oklahoma last year. I won the Open Lightweight class in that show. I will be cometing as a middleweight this year and plan to keep moving up in weight gradually. My offseason weight is around 205-210....I do not have the stucture to be a "mass monster" nor would I aspire to....remember though: Dexter Jackson first competed as a BANTAMWEIGHT...

Tulsa is too far away for me to take a sh*t... i live in NYC bro , and MMA stuff is all nice but when your ass gets kicked dont go to sensai and ask wh ythe drills didnt work.
NP COCK was a name someone else gave you , i just reiterated it , oh so your a trainer ? wow going places with that career , must be happy making 20 thousand a year ..hahah in Tulsa no less..hahah
Internet nerd I am not, oh cause i dont put up my pic that makes me steve urkel right ..hahaha ..see this it the thing ... I dont need people to tell me ..hey you look good ...by posting a pic.. conversely why open myself up to ridicule ?? Ronnie is the champ and he gets shitted on daily... so regardless , i am smart enough to know that once you put up a pic there is no going back.. however I will say that I definitely dwarf the shit out of you ..what your like 160 ...hahahha you use steroids right ? hahhah . I do this for fun... this is your life ambition not mine, i couldnt care less about gettin in front of 12 people at the Mr. Tulsa...but if you ever want to be a tourist and visit the BIG APPLE then holla at me dawg and we can have a Mix Martial Arts fight anywhere and Ill have it taped, but to tell you the truth Im outta your wieght class... So dont come here tryin to terrify everyone by calling every body an internet geek, cause some of us bench your total weight in each hand (ie 160 dmbbells) and cause we dont go on stage doesnt me were not big dudes. I have respect for those (some of them anyways) that go on stage but its not for me, some of us have careeers outside of a gym ...

We will be throwing rocks at the lions and tigers...oh I know it sounds dangerous, but not to worry....The animals are in cages and they will not be able to hurt you. It's going to be such a rush...I mean just think...trying to piss off a creature that could tear you to pieces from a safe distance...it must make you feel like your 7 foot tall and bulletproof....afterward s we can all go back to my place and email some UFC fighters from an anonymous email address and tell them they are pussies....it's going to be sooo much fun. Sarcasm I know I can count on you to be there ::)
That was good.  ;)

Im 195, play 3 to four hours of B Ball easily, meaning i have stamina and more importantly i have been in REAL fights, no refs, no point, no classes.. and after your knocked out, imma put your mouth on the curb and step down , where im from thats called a mouthful..not the type of mouthful your thinking of johnnycakes..
So dont come here tryin to terrify everyone by calling every body an internet geek, cause some of us bench your total weight in each hand (ie 160 dmbbells) and cause we dont go on stage doesnt me were not big dudes. I have respect for those (some of them anyways) that go on stage but its not for me, some of us have careeers outside of a gym ...

ok this is too long a post for too small a boy,
if you want to be Own3d in person come to the big city, i will take a pic of me doing an R kelly on your ass..hahah

ps ..genetically speaking you should never got on stage again ...

What the fk is wrong with gravy?

ok, you huge massively strong beast you, hahahaha 260lbs. with a 320lb. bench for 4 reps and a 205 standing push press, hahahahahahahahaha.

This coming from a guy who can can't even bench 385 or deadlift 550 after years of juicing. It must really suck to know that you'll never be truly strong. There are natural teenagers stronger than you.

BTW - that's a 340 bench for 4 reps, at a bodyweight of 235. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahaha!!!

Nope, never said that.

But I go on record to say that no one would have 20" arms or bench 500 WITHOUT steroids.

So you're telling me that Doug Hepburn was on steroids when he benched 500 in 1953? ::)

A reasonably muscular 20" arm isn't totally impossible either. I'm sure Ronnie could have come close to that without steroids.

Bullshit..... gear makes up 15-20% of a total overall development..

Really? So you think the competition-shape Ronnie Coleman (currently at 290 lbs) would weigh 232-247lbs RIPPED without those drugs? You think he could weigh 240 lbs at 5' 9.5" ripped (or if you want to say he'd also need drugs to be ripped, than take his full off-season weight of 310 lbs and say 248 lbs with 10% bodyfat) NATURALLY? I still hear you talking shit, but have yet to see a pic....Hmmm? I have to train some clients now...you, and your circle jerk buddies on here can fill up a couple more pages with shit talking, without backing up anything..until then have fun kids! O by the way my name is Brenton Robinson. I live in Tulsa Ok. The address to my training studio is 10124 B South Sheridan.....Unlike the rest of you I"m not scared to let people know who I am or where they can find me. I train MMA (Wing Chin, Muay Tai, Kali, BJJ) and I'm sure the guys that I train with put up more of a fight in our pratice drills than some internet nerd could do in an all out fight. Come by and prove me wrong any time... I'm sure I won't even break a sweat. Until then prove me wrong on my first challenge....all of you shit talkers post pictures of yourself....Show us all how superior you are to me. I would finish this little paragraph with something about how you have now been "owned" by me....self proclaimed at that, but frankly that is just gay.

I hardly ever post in this section because 90% of the people who do are not even bodybuilders or people who are interested in bodybuilding...any type of serious thread turns into a bunch of computer nerds talking shit and trying to get people to "meltdown". This is obviously something they spend alot of their time doing by the fact that they have like 2-3 thousand post in a year. Most of these guys haven't been inside some pussy since they were squirted out of one...I'm guessing this by the fact they are posting all day and all night on a "bodybuilding" forum, and the only person who finds this cool is Napoleon Dynamite's brother who also spends most of his time "surfing the net talking to chicks..." If you mention anything about steroids then it just throws fuel on the fire...the nerds come out of the woodwork to talk shit, and then a bunch of other nerds come flying out of nowhere to jump on the bandwagon and ride these guys nuts. The main point in all of these is to make people "meltdown". I have noticed this over the past few weeks when I would read threads on here and realized how pathetic these guys truly are. Within this one thread, and over the course of one day I have accomplished pisssing off and making most of these nerds "meltdown"....simple people are easy to manipulate. Is he fat?

Well, he's slightly husky.. Let me put it that way.

Extremely strong.

And look at Big_D, Derek here. He benches 500 lbs in his sleep.

You take A guy subtract B juice mulitply X then divide = 247lbs natural.... uhhhhhhh ok whatever you all say... ::)

It's quite simple - I went off the 15-20% he claimed the drugs accounted for, and 15-20% of Ronnie's weight was those numbers. Of course, if you want to do it your way, then 15-20% would only be of his lean mass minus the water (which seems stupid since roids also volumize the muscles by causing them to hold more water, so it IS part of it), so he'd weigh even more natural.  ::)

Back to the starting author of this thread. Anyone here that has bounced at clubs knows big guys usually aren't a problem and that it is the little ones that want to fight all the time. All this guy is doing is further solidifying that phenomena and he really should back off. I don't care what the guy looks like, but threatening people over the net and picking fights looks stupid. It looks even stupider when you are as small as you are. Give it a rest, it gets boring.

There never has been anyone 240 lbs ripped as a natural. Ever.

What a joke. There are probably thousands of elite athletes who could walk around ripped at 240 lb if they gave two shits about bodybuilding. Your expectations of what a natural can achieve are skewed because bodybuilding tends to attract the genetic runts who never had any natural size to begin with. There are guys in the NFL who would absolutely destroy you in the weight room without even trying. I'm talking about monsters who can rep 450 on the bench and deadlift 700 without training seriously.

Steroids aren't going to add 80 lb of lean muscle to your frame, 5" to your arms, and 200 lb to your bench press. Guys like Ronnie are naturally big and strong. Brian Dobson said Ronnie already had 20" arms when he joined Metroflex in the late 80's. You could inject 50 grams of test a week and never look half as big as Ronnie.

Yeah. Ronnie didn't use alot of drugs to go from 220 to 295 in less than 10 years  ::) It's genetics.

Brian X has a point. Most people who get into pro BB are x athletes who didn't have the talent to go pro or could not due to injury. Some were small to begin with and made there way into wight training to gain size. Hell flex wheeler the supposed owner of the best genetics ever was a 120 lb ectomorph before drugs and weights. Which he admitted taking immediately following weight training in highschool. Fact is the real genetic freaks are busy making millions playing in the NFL or whatever sport they partake in. I would say as a whole the NFL is home to probably the best genetics we have to offer in some cases. Some of those guys are mutants to the highest level.

Honestly who strives to be a pro BB from day one? Make no money take tons of illegal shit. There are those rare few but mostly people with amazing genetics probably partake in sports which can net them millions not peanuts. Coleman played football in college and I am sure if he had the talent to go pro he probably would have. And we may have been talking about Ronnie the tight end, not Ronnie the current Mr O.

Another rude question I get a lot is where I buy all that flashy neon spandex I be sportin'. Like I wanna be giving up my secrets like that, then have every other guy in the gym dressing just like me. EF that.
