I do have to say Milos, I have incorporated the "rest/Pause" advice with the flat bench and a month in, I feel the difference!

They were called to Rhodos to prove what they claim...
Let Koloseum Gym be your Rhodos...You don't need to duplicate the weights my wife would lift - you just need to take the weight that she lift and do half amount of reps - it's that simple!

That being said, my friend has watched tons of bodybuilding DVDs and he said this one was the best - in terms of instruction and actually learning about bodybuilding.

I can only guess, but I would think Milos is probably making as much as any currently competing bodybuilder including Ronnie.
I think it's pathetic that I can make a living off bodybuilding and most pros don't have two nickels to rub together. Milos has something called intelligence and it has allowed himself to market his services as a trainer and guru and make a living off it.
Plus, I think Milos is one of the most marketable bodybuilder ever. Great physique.

Milos is also tall and handsome so he is marketable and that definitely helps but being proactive and motivated about things have helped too. He can command a big salary since he is one of the best trainers in the world.

I have been fortunate enough to have been shown almost everthing on that DVD and than some. I still did watch it though and i especially found the nutrition section very well said and to the point. Its is certainly something you need to add to your DVD collection if you have not already

I live about 2 and a half hour from Alexx. I could easily go to his gym and verify his strenght claims, videotape it and post it here... But I would like my very own DVD though.

Alexx will never EVER walka step in your shoes...forget a mile but a step....
You will learn that 98% of the people on this board cannot bench more than 225 or even squat the same. The will never diet down and never step on a bodybuilding stage.
That leaves the other 2% who have done the above or at least respect what you guys do for a living..
In closing please do not respond to Alexx as this just turns out to be a waste of time...

I think that would be a more effective usage of my time, and afterwards I will critique the DVD for everyone as a way for me to thank you for the oppurtunity your giving me.

I find it interesting that nowhere in the original challenge posted by Milos above does he mention anything about flying to California and yet as soon as someone was willing to take him up on it he inserted that little amendment. I think Jaejonna's suggestion of having his end witnessed by respected board members seems perfectly reasonable and Milos is coming across as a complete ass.
How about this I am willing to bet that Milos could not complete the leg workout of the weakest 15 year old at my gym. However, the only way to verify that he can in fact complete the leg workout of the weakest 15 year old to my satisfaction is if he travels to the North Pole and we have a showdown between them. If you don't accept this challenge Milos you are proving that you are both weak and a coward.

Yes absolutely a mix of both. But if you want to be a bodybuilder and not a powerlifter, than intensity is the for front. You have to get the basics down pat before you can go intense. Get you form and technique 100% and than worry about the intentsity

Alexx will never EVER walka step in your shoes...forget a mile but a step....
You will learn that 98% of the people on this board cannot bench more than 225 or even squat the same. The will never diet down and never step on a bodybuilding stage.
That leaves the other 2% who have done the above or at least respect what you guys do for a living..

I do have to say for the record though that you tried doing a little owning yourself when you called out Jaejonna, Alex, et. al. and told them your wife could curl for more reps. That was your shot at owning them, they then turned around and did the same to you which did not sit very well with you. It was a little bit of give and take and that's typically what goes on at a board like this so it's no big deal and all in good fun for most of us. The few tragic cases that have a "need" to try to belittle someone like yourself, who has accomplished so much and made a great life for themselves have to contend with their own personal demons and that is punnishment enough.

I own the dvd and I found the info to be very helpful especially the nutrition section. MIlos , I do however have a question, my trainer has me with 5 set 20 reps light then next 3 8-12 heavy then 20 reps light on last set. I have been doing this for about 8 mos. I didn't see any real results in strength or size in fact I felt a bit overtrained. I don't feel it has led to muscle growth even with a clean diet. I am now doing 20 reps on first bodypart then at least 8 reps heavy next four sets total 5 sets. Do this for each bodypart so if its back/chest then 20 reps on first chest exercise then 20 reps on first back exercise then 8 reps heavy on next four. I didn't see any real results in strength or size in fact I felt a bit overtrained. Thanks again for the dvd it has been a great help. I also have a Colosseum shirt best workout shirt I have ever owned ! Thanks

Ok, here's my thing, I completely agree that Luke and Mustafa who pre-Milos were good on their own are great with post-Milos guidance.....they're sick no doubt!!! I remember some of the shots of Luke when he first started gainin attention in his early 20s and he's light years past that form now. So, it's obvious being under Milos' guidance has paid off, but what is it that Milos brings to the table? Granted, his experience in all facets of bb aside, is it more the drill sergeant mentality in that when on your own you might just sometimes quit a movement after 3 sets or 10 reps (what have you), but Milos pushes you to 12-15 reps or 5 sets? These men were already huge and ripped and understood their bodies. Did Milos bring some new nutritional perspective or an altogether different diet and training regimen they'd never considered? Great athetes typically have that "greatness" in them inherently so a good coach just helps keep them on track, but on occassion a good coach can take a decent athlete and make them into some outstanding. I'm just lookin to understand what genuine bb guidance Milos brings cause there's no doubt a change has occurred, but what brought about that change?

Totally... but here's the thing Milos, even though you say you didn't intentionally try to "own" them and that you were merely confident in your wife's ability, the very act of a woman outperforming a guy in say... curls, is in fact considered owning someone on this board and pretty much everywhere else. While I can understand that the challenge you placed was not intended to conform to what is defined as being "owned" on this board it never the less met that criteria and was therefore an act of attempted ownership by default.

Milos used Synthol. And once shot it into either a vein or an artery, so the oil went to his heart.
Basically almost getting killed from the use.
I have yet to see a bodybuilder being "coached" by Milos and having Synthol.
So why all this talk about Synthol usage? What evidence is there that Milos' athletes are shooting Synthol?
Someone mentioned the pics of Luke Wood at the NY and suspect shoulders. I didn't pay attention, I just noticed that Luke Wood is losing whatever waistline he's had, and that he's probably competing at a weight which at least 20 lbs above his ideal contest weight.
Obviously the pic from the 99 Ironman shows how weird arms can look when putting Synthol in them. Even Luke Wood should be able to see that.

Someone asked about my DVD...and I responded with personal guarantee that DVD is worth every penny (and than some)...
Immediately few "respectful" members of getbig jump into attacking me with just about everything...
Starting with small arms, using synthol, being thin, being meathead, arrested criminal who is ruining lives of many people, homo, posing for homos, having no job, being prick, having hot wife that many would love to f..ck....etc, etc, etc...
What a great group of people!
Few miserable souls - probably very young and angry kids with no love for anyone (including themselves) had to find the WORST possible things about me (than Luke, my other athletes, friends and family...) just to be funny...?

These guys are bringing you FREE WEBCAM from recent bodybuilding shows. Something that was NEVER before available...
Again - free of charge!
So, should we support them (FITSHOW)?
For this reason also - I always reccommend that DVD - because I want them to get little ahead...They have bills to pay...
Besides, DVD is filled with FIRST CLASS INFO that any true bodybuilding fan would know how to value..
I give personal guarantee that I would personally refund anyone who doesn't think my DVD is worth the price...
As far as challenge I gave to these few miserable kids - it was for many reasons:
#1) My wife trains with me for 10 years. So ANYONE who questions my methods and results could see how confident I must be to believe that 130 pound girl can outperform guys in their 20's...Why am I issuing the challenge? Because I would bet that Milamar can wipe the floor with all three big talkers...(As we know from real life stories - dogs that bark don't bite...)
#2) I am so sure that "three amigos" that cannot say a single nice thing (even if they talk about their parents) and have to find some abusive language and criticise someone they don't even know - are insecure little weasels not capable of probably even crossing the street...
Any man confortable and secure within himself would have no reason to attack anyone...People that do attack (and especially for no reason at all) are poster child's of insecurities...So, when you challenge insecure person they would immediately find every excuse in the book NOT TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE - as it was case here...
So let's see who is "bluffing".

So, bodybuilding fan that spends whole day on boards (all three amogos) would tell me that their possible little trip to California and challenge with IFBB pro and his IFBB pro figure wife in official gym for Flex magazine photoshoots (in last 5 years) would be WASTE of time...and money?
To make my offer even MORE appealing - I would call FITSHOW crew to tape the event...give free tank tops and T-shirts to every member of "amigo" family that shows up to support their miserable child...

To make it clear - I and my wife (Milamar) would accept the challenge ANYTIME... You can continue convincing yourself how strong you are until my 130 pounder wipes the floor with all three of you... I will even make special Tank tops for the challengers...and put "Chicken Little" picture in front ( it suits you perfectly).

That being said, some of you guys have moved from joking and needling to insulting two of YOUR PRO BBers. And two of the nicest guys that take time to post on these boards. This moves the fans closer to the pros and vice versa. If some of you insult these guys like 3rd grade bitches, do you think they will continue to post? Please draw the line somewhere w/ the insults. I am biased cause Luke is one of my very best friends....but you will not meet a nicer pro that is willing to interact with fellow BBers and fans.
Milos is one of the most knowledgable people in this whole f-cking sport. That took a lot of trial and error over many years. Also, though I have only met him once, I know through many close people that he is an honorable and extremely intelligent person. He doesn't deserve some of this bullshit.

He brings nothing but knowledge and guidance to this sport, and you guys do nothing but disrespect and mock him. He has given you the opportunity to challenge his wife. You are all fools. I will admit, she would probably out lift my ass, but that wouldn't stop me from trying my best. I would take that challenge to just meet Milos and gain some knowledge, even if it takes embarrassing myself by a women. I have much respect for IFBB pro's. I have traveled 4 hours to Gold's Venice just to train and have an opportunity to see a pro's workout. Look how many IFBB pro's use Milos for his guidance in training and nutrition. That alone says a lot. He is one of the best in the business.

ive met Milos have to say he was one of the nicest guys ive met in the sport certainly the nicest Pro bodybuilder and slagging him about his arms, well thats up to you but for most of us who post here i admire him as i believe he is a guy who isnt as genetically gifted as your wheelers etc and got to the standard by hard work giving hope for all of us, who arent in that top couple of percent called genetic freaks.

Sarcasm....."shootfighter" as my handle cause I am a coach at a pro MMA gym. I have fought, wrestled and coached MMA for 15 yrs. Our team has 8 pros and a lot of highly ranked amateur MMA contenders. 1 was KOTC Heavyweight champ and another is the current Welterweight Cage Warriors and Fightfest world champ. I am proud to be a fighter, a coach and of our team.
This has of course gone way past where it should have, I have a good sense of humor and usually enjoy reading the back and forths on getbig. But I have to say....the people who called Milos' wife a bitch and said if they win a bet they get to fuck her should be awarded 10 minutes in alone in a room with Milos, myself and Luke. Sometimes respect is only learned after your physically tortured. I have no doubt in my mind there would be a thousand and one appologies. Easy to talk like a tough guy behind a computer.

As I see many MMA enthusiasts here on board - I will announce that my plan is to make specific weight resistance training for the MMA fighters...

Same goes for my DVD - observe the exercises and diet information, accept what you find usefull, discard what you think is useless to you...and than create something NEW - what is essentially YOUR OWN...
There are so many training theories, so many styles...who is to say what is right and what is wrong?
But ONLY when you test something you would be able to create opinion IF that "something" makes sense or not...

Hey Milos Sarcev. I bought your DVD and it is great! Thank you for taking your time out of your schedule and doing this show.
I want to add that alot of bodybuilding pros on here ignore the questions and statements made by people who genuinely care about this sport (not directing toward you Milos). Sometimes the pros just dismiss the questions that seem relevant to bodybuilding and instead they respond to the negative ones. In this sense the pros are giving in to the "attention-craving, negative" members of the board. It becomes a positive feedback mechanism in which the negative remarks generate more responses and seem more important. If attention is only given to the positive statements or thought-out questions about bodybuilding and none at all to the negative ones, then the pros will start seeing what they want to see for a bodybuilding internet board. (I think you have done a great job on your milossarcev board in this aspect.)
I think negative comments are great. I am not in favor of anysides. I think it is entertaining to read multiple opinions. However, I am just saying how getbig.com forum functions based on my observations.

Milos is busy in England right now, so i will do my best here. As for Milamar!!! have you seen how beautiful she is????!!!! don you really thing she can look that beautiful and be on all that crap?? It goes to show how intelligent you really are! you don't even know if Milamar competes as bodybuilder or a figure athlete! a figure girl using test, winny, etc and looking as beautiful as Mil!!! PLEASE!!!!
Milos is not talking about strength!!! its about intentsity! thats comppletely different!! Milamar is very. very strong!! Ive seen her do 4 plates for t-bar rows, but the intentsity she trains at is incredible. Now its one thing to bench 4 plates for eg for 10 reps and take a 3 min rest and do it again, buts it a whole new ball park to bench 4 plates for 10 reps, strip it tp 3 plates for 10 reps, 2 plates for 15 reps and 1 plate for 15 reps. Thats just an example of strength and intentsity. Milos recently took me through an arm workout. It lasted only 45mins but the intensity was insane!!! not heavy weight but no rest at all!!!! so after 15 mins, i was gone!!! the speed of the workout, the pump and the burn was insane!!! i finished the workout but lifting 75lbs dumbells for alternate bicep curls for 8 reps each arm was nothing compared to this type of workout, even though the weight was'nt that heavy!!! the next day i could'nt open my arms out!!
Now as for Aleks! Milos's daughter!! she is the sweetest, most well mannered kid you will ever meet and extremely smart!! she would be intelligent enough to just shrug comments like that off and if she did ask, as a great father as Milos would go about it the most appropiate way he feels fit to.
NOW!! LOL, cause this one made me laugh!! it was twice Mustafa became ill to durectics. Now both times at the 2004 Mr Olympia and the 2004 Euro Grand Prix. Now Milos has said endlessly, that he did'nt start working with Mustafa until the 2005 NY pro show!! at the 2004 Olympia, Mustafa was suffering from a bad stomach virus!! vomitting and sick before the show! anything he took had nothing to do with Milos at that show. The only advice Milos gave Mustafa at that show was he needed to fill out more and that he appreared flat!! and that was just in passing one another. Now after the show when Mustafa went back to his room and became very ill it was than his room mate rang shawn Ray and both Shawn and Kevin Levrone saw Mustafa and than only than Shawn called Milos as Milos would know exactly what to do! as soon as Milos saw him he rang for an ambulance. Milos like the great guy he is, was a big reason why Mustafa did'nt get alot worst that night!!! he was helping doctors with the treatment and making Mustafa better. Milos stayed at the hospital all night with Mustafa and thats whe thay struck up a friendship. Mustafa the next day was flying back home a for a few days and than to one of the Euro grand prix shows to compete. Againsy Doctors and Milos's advice, he said i need to compete, i need the money and an Olympia Qualification. Now from the rebound of the flights etc, Mustafa dehydrated himself badly and yes ended back in hospital. Milos was still not working with him, but was went to hospital again with Mustafa with other ifbb officials to make sure Mustafa was given the correct treatment as Milos would probably know more than the doctors about these matters. People than assumed including Jim Manion that Milos was working with Mustafa for those 2 shows and was the reason why Mustaf ended up in hopsital. He did start working with Mustafa until after the start of 2005!
Now as for the Monet thing. I will let Milos answer this correctly but i will say Milos did loan some money (alot of Money) to Mustafa as a great friend does if his other great friend is in need! now the understanding was that Mustafa had to pay on this money back once he got himself out od the debt he said he was in. The moral to the story is that Mustafa did'nt need any money and has a habit of borrowing alot of money off people to supplement his income and never pays it back. The thing is he does'nt need the money and the very genourous people who loan him the money don't have it to loan out to start with, but are nice people and want to help, plus they under the understanding that they will get it back!

Sarcasm....why do you continually insult Milos' family? The arguement is between you, Milos and others here. If you stick to defending yourself on the issued challenge and have a back and forth with Milos, thats one thing. What you say about his wife, in the manner you speak, makes you seem like a real asshole who deserves a beating to learn some respect. I was done posting in this thread until your "3 input remark". Ron and Peter McGough jumping on stage is nebulus as they respect the Pros and I think they know that they could not be as successful. As for me, yes I have done my share of local shows. But again I respect the Pros. They have never done anything to me so why should I bash them? I talk to alot ot them off line and they give me great tips.I have walked in their shoes (granted baby steps) so I know what they go thru.
There is a big difference between constructive criticism and blatant bashing or malicious attacks.
As for mending fences with Luke, I commend you for that. Also as for synthol, I do not accept this either but it is the Pros choice to use it. Some get screwed like Milos and others are able to come in undetected. Heck i wish BBing would go back to the days of aesthetic physiques like your Phil heaths, Darrem Charles', David Henry. Phusiques that are more realistic and to some, more attainable

If I can train a woman to become stronger than few man (as well as few little "Amigo - babies") than my training might be at least somewhat effective...
My true "Amigo-fans" believe that my training is a joke and DVD not worth buying...so I considered my options and made a challenge to all three of them.
#1) Analyzing their personalities I realized that insecure little wannabes would never accept the challenge - simply as they have ZERO confidence in the real life. Their fulfilment is talking the "tough talk" while hiding behind the keyboard...Insults and attacks are their "protective mechanism" as they are not capable of carrying normal, intelligent conversation.
When beaten in the argument all they can do is attack with some outrageous insulting remark (F - your wife type of thing...) and than proclaiming their victory by "owning", "meltdown"...and other childish things...
#2) Knowing the strength, drive and intensity of my wife I am confident enough to issue the challenge. Certainly, many man are able to "beat" my wife in strength competition...but REAL man don't talk like these wannabes (confident men have no reason to speak about their own superiority and other people's inferiority's in direct comparison to them).
I have never (and would not - ever) say that I am better (stronger, smarter...etc) than anyone...Why would I? If someone is confident about something than he/she would have no reason to brag about it...However, when someone is challenged - than confidence CAN make the real difference!
When I was challenged with remarks of Amigos about myself as a bodybuilder and the trainer - I accepted the challenge as I am confident enough to say that I know what I am talking about and that my training methods are excellent.
So, I picked ONE of my athletes to represent my training philosophies - my wife.
After all - Amigos made many claims about strength issues - so I figured that IF I can prove that my athletes are extremely strong (among other things) - I would prove the point.
I issued the challenge back - offering something that should be very appealing - that three Amigos don't need to do anything else but manage to outlift my wife - and I would agree with them that I absolutely don't know what I am talking about and that my training philosophies are worthless.
Result of that challenge we all see on pages of this thread.
They have every excuse in the book - NOT to accept it...
Still, they continue to talk BIG after their obvious public embarrassment (as they AFTER ALL - did not accept the challenge to compete against THE WOMAN!).
Continuing with the insults and attacks is their desperate measure to feel good about themselves...as they did manage to talk tough to someone like me, Luke and few others...
As it is now pointless continuing to listen another 100 excuses they will come up with, and take few more "original" gay jokes, synthol and other remarks - I will simply wait to see IF any of the big talkers would actually find the b...s - I mean courage to step up and come to Koloseum...

Jaejonna - if you had a chance to read about my synthol experience - you should know that it went through my heart and almost killed me.
I was man enough not just to admit using it and making the biggest and most embarrassing mistake of my life - but I chose to expose everything end even make myself a target of abuse (for great loving people like yourself).
I wanted to send the clear message to everyone NOT to repeat my mistake - and I know I did just that - from numerous personal E-mails that I have received afterwords.
As far as personal insecurities goes - I was insecure enough to leave my country at early age (23) to challenge myself in new world, new culture and in sport (profession) that you only heard about...

Do you (Alexx and Sarcasm) realize how pathetic you really look by having every excuse in the book NOT to take the challenge I have proposed?
Defensive mechanism of kids and insecure little boys (in desperate need to grow up) is exactly to shift focus somewhere else instead of answering direct challenge.
All three of you so easily jump on every opportunity to insult me or my wife and talk about everything else BUT the issued challenge.
I challenged you for a reason: you can test my professional credentials as a trainer by taking on someone that follows my training principles...
I didn't even think about suggesting that some of my SERIOUS clients challenge any of you. Instead I chose my wife as extreme case. If 130 pound woman that trains under my guidance can possibly outlift any (all three) of you - than I would hope that you should apologise and admit that you rushed into conclusion when you decided to present me as a worthless trainer (bodybuilder...and in the mean time I became also a prick and who knows what else...).
I keep posting here for several reasons:
#1) As I want to prove that when I say something - I stand 100% behind it. So, if I offer a challenge I would NEVER back off...
#2) I believe that my wife is capable of beating all three of you - simply as I know what she is capable off. I had her train with many man (even with some pros) and every single time she managed to shock a person she was training with. She is genetically super strong and than she got even stronger following religiously my training regime for many years.
#3) As a man that loves people in general - I try to do something good every day. While I am teaching you a lesson here - I am still trying to make you all - a better men. I am taking a lot of verbal abuse, insults and many cheapshots...as they do not have any impact on me. I know who I am and I know that your childish attempts to get me in the "pissing contest" with you are just that - childish attempts of few kids who need to grow up and don't know any better how to keep intelligent conversation...
Alexxx, your nightmare vacation was a nightmare for a reason...Come here and have a blast. Imagine if you can only outlift the woman - you can have all expenses paid (free vacation), make GREAT CASH (I will double the expenses - which could be considerable as you are coming from Canada) , prove to yourself that you are indeed - a MAN...and finally - you can publicly emberass me - which would be something to talk about...
You (and other two babies) can get all that if you only find little courage, b.lls and common sense...

After all of this Milos has doubled the bet, expenses paid and some of the giants like Alexx have no where else to go.
This was a silly back and forth battle of wits, words whatever and now I beleive Milos has finally "put up" and right now Alexx it seems like you have "shut up". Jeez if I had a really shitty vacation I would use this as a chance to make up for it. To tain with Milos, his beautiful wife, have pictures taken with both, rub elbows with other pros....
Personally I would be all over this but I am not the one with my foot in my mouth right now.
On a side note Milos, I went ahead and purchased your DVD, Thus far I have watched the nutrition profile and definitely liked what I heard and saw. Very manageable and attainable and put very well in "laymens" terms....
I look forward to watching the rest of the discs.

I was NEVER a dealer and while Federal Government conducted the largest investigation on me, searched my house, questioned hundreds of people, subpoenaed numerous IFBB pros ...etc, etc - charges were dismissed!
Do you think that I would be forgiven IF I was even remotely guilty
DEA and Federal government spent a lot of taxpayers money and they were in desperate need to make an example during this anti-steroid hysteria...
While during the investigation I could not say ANYTHING as my lawyers would not allow me to speak - I am now free to say what I want.
I am going to speak openly about the whole case, how and why I was even being investigated - but I am not going to do that here and now...
However, I do want to mention to all of my "true fans" that were enjoying my missfortune at the time - I was never even slightly concerened about the whole case - as I knew that I was/am not guilty.

Alex, ive spent alot of time in Fullerton over the past 15 ths preparing for alot of shows. All my flights out of Fullerton ( Actually it John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, about 15 miles from Milos's gym) to fly and compete in these show were from John Wayne Airport except one. I was able to fly to New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Texas, Oklahoma, Las Vegas.... so saying you cannot find a flight is rubbish! Now coming from Montreal, you will need to fly to LAX and than , you can get a get another small plane to John Wayne. But since its only 45miles or so from LAX to Milos's gym i will personally wire an extra $300 into Milos bank account to have you find you own transport. Either Rent a care, or organise hire car to pick you up. easy. When you arrive in LAX, rent a car from whoever, Enterprise, budget, alamo etc. A nice car you will get $300 and than you can drive the 1 hour in style to Koloseum gym.
So theres my added bonus!! you get to LAX and i will get you to Koloseum!

Milos is replying to all your guys comments, but never is he being personal about a tragedy that may have happen or disrespect a family member of yours! Keep all that BS out of it now!!
Also the Synthol thing. Another tradedy! as Milos said that he was very close to having his life taken, but has never asked for anyones sympathy as knows this was his own doing! He have for the last time NEVER denied using synthol. He openly put in a full spread in flex mag about his mistake in doing this and has even mentioned it on this forum numerous times again. I think he needs a huge pat on the back for admitting this. How many pro's would admit to doing this. If he was in denial than ok, but he has never hidden from this, so why waste our time here talking about it. He has said to me on numerous occassions about this incident that almost killed him and how it was the biggest mistake of his bodybuilding career. I say CONGRADULATIONS!!! you are a man for admitting this and taking responsibilty.
I have never looked at this as Milos being a cheat anyway. Its unfortuante but alot of you would have no idea the lengths some of these great athletes are going to just move up one or 2 places or get a sponsor. Either to become drier or bigger. This has nothing to do with there character but simply to just try and be noticed. I can 100% gurantee, that any athlete in any sport is not proud or likes some of the things we have to injure to either make a difference or get noticed. Yes its very unfortuate, but thats the life we have chosen and unfortuatley in alot of cases what is being rewarded. Buts it not only bodybuilding. We seemed to get singled out more than any other sport because bodybuilders are so visual!! We can accomplised a level of professionalism that can only come from a small percentage of human beings through incredible disipline and incredible dedication. Once we acheive this level, the public do nothing but put us down! Why? well because in reality they wish they had that disipline and dedication to look the same!!

Ouch, man! This is a bit of a low blow. From what I've seen, Milos seems to be a nice guy - unlike others who claim to be nice, but flame out posts (and we know who they are ;)) when things get a bit dicey. Why he responds to so many asinine posts is his prerogative, but I appreciate his candour and I like his videos on the 'other' site - very handy for us older guys who need to re-claim a bit of focus or 're-learn' an old/new exercise.
/re-reading this it appears that i'm milos nut-hugging, but i wanted the tenor to be positive; i think he brings lots to the table, unlike others.

Go outside and whoever do you run into first - make sure you look at them straight in the eyes, smile and say SOMETHING nice...

But, I will say that I am very proud of who I am (here I must add that people confuse confidence with arrogance very easily and while I don't appreciate arrogant people I believe that confidence is very important quality EVERY person should have...).
I am also very proud of my family and friends...and when we are at the subject - with all the problems we have in our sport (profession) I am still very proud even of the profession I chose.
I will not need to tell my beautiful angel (Aleksandra) how I made my living - as she very well knows that already.
She attended numerous shows that I have entered... or had some of the athletes (clients) that I was supporting...
While standing in the posing suit (not the underwear) in front of thousands of people (and few judges) IS part of our (my) job - description I would rather use (instead of masturbating homosexuals) is a bit different.

Knowing WHAT you want, doing that and be successful in your chosen (and loved) profession is a wonderful thing...
I made my choice carefully analyzing what I wanted to do in my life and I never looked back...
So, certainly I am going to tell my daughter what I did all my life and than I will hopefully influence her to find within her heart what she would LOVE doing - and than support her to the maximum of my abilities...
Well, it is probably time for lunch break there on the East coast...Get out (and this time I will not add - get out of your basement... ::)) and go to very first person you see on the street...No matter how hard this task seems to you - JUST DO IT. Say (or do) something nice to the perfect stranger...

Hey guys i just finished watching milos's nutrition segment on the dvd. It was amazing, the detail and the way he took time to explain the myths and misconceptions of eating like a pro.
It will change the way you look at food and calories. I will be at my at my all-time best this year with the things he teaches. Recommend the dvd very highly!!
On a sad note.....my pics are shadows because we didnt use the flash. :-[ But i plan on being in better shape anyway in august or sept for my next trip. 8)

Im over it, I wish I could take time out of my schedule to fly down there but its just not in the cards. And I wasnt going to hope that the guy on the other end of the challenge pays for my trip, having that he dislikes me. Like I told Luke Im not trying to go over the line or make up false things or attack family. Thats not cool. GETBIG is very popular and many of us enjoy being here...However, few guys that continuously make disrespectful remarks should be reminded (by you) that being a member here is a privilege...Privilege that can easily be taken away IF they continue with the comments that are definitely uncalled for...
This thread (and 3 Amigos) is just one of the good examples...
I know that many competitive bodybuilders (amateurs and professionals) don't post here simply because they don't want to be exposed to the scrutiny of the "true fans" that have nothing good to say about anyone (or anything) but at the same time they don't hesitate to attack and disrespect even the ...saints (speaking of that I am sure that even Mother Theresa would also be attacked by these "lost souls"...just for the sake of trying to be funny...tough or who knows what else...).

I wanted to make the point and I hope I did.

"SECRETS OF THE PROS" DVD is definitely something every bodybuilder should see at least once...
I am convinced that even the most advanced bodybuilders and trainers will find SOMETHING that they didn't think about it before and they could possibly implement some of my theories (training and NUTRITION - as I have 2 hour nutritional segment that outlines construction of the diet program for just about everyone...)
It is worth having in your collection of the bodybuilding DVD's...

Without naming anyone, i know of at least 4 top pro's that don't come on here for that reason. My arms are the biggest arms in the history of the IFBB...Well, almost...(I am certainly in the top 1000 best arms among the IFBB pros...Last time I checked there were 1011 registered athletes /women included/ since the beginning of the IFBB...)

I do not have ANY renal problems (or any other for that matter) so I was taken by surprise with your comment...

I am actually a physician. Forgive me I didn t know about your
burns.
If you go to the hospital and make a test, the modern medicine
may tell you everything is fine. Yet, it has no concern with simple
oriental medicine, basically old chinese medicine, wich uses only
the five senses to make what I will call here to put it simple a
diagnosis.
Modern medecine s purpose, in other words occidental medecine s
purpose, is to take the symptoms using all kind of ways, which to
me has no concern with curing a disease.
Nowadays, oriental medecine has the same purpose.
Very few people are interested in really curing a disease, mostly
because the causes of the diseases stay unknown.
Yet, diseases have a purpose, wich has a relation with what you
call wisdom. What I will call the purpose of living, in our case as
human beings.

Oh, I agree 100% with Milos. Debates, discussions, even Milos small arms are ok - family and children and malivious bashing is not. BUT, I need to know about it, there is a Report to Moderator on every post. When that gets clicked, I or another mod tends to check it out. And it gets taken care off.
It took 15 pages and 400 posts before someone clicked on this. Damn, it should of been done much earlier.

We (Luke and myself) get in conversation with numerous GETBIG members (even with those that obviously DO NOT wish us well) -as we want to make ourselves available to the fans...
Certainly we would answer many people's questions and concerns...but when someone is just bluntly rude and disrespectful it is very hard to maintain "normal" conversation...

If you want to ask a serious question for example " Luke, i noticed at the NY show that at times your midsection appeared bloated or distented?? without saying anything Luke i was just wondering, because previous picture i had seen of you your midsection was much tigher" something like that for example and i would galdly explain, as i has on varius other forums and also Milos has pointed out on hisown forum. Im not making any excuses, the show is over and thats it, but intention here is to be disrespectful and even if i explained to the reason to you, that reason not being what you want to here would just go in one ear and out the other. What yout to here is that im on all THIS stuff and all that STUFF and thats why i appeared bloated in the lower ab! and since you already beleive this than GOOD FOR YOU! i aint losing any sleep over it!

I just saw the nutrition segment. Man I wish you had this DVD 4 years ago I would have made a lot of use of it. Anyhow it is a great resource for beginners and a lot of advanced BBers who lack knowledge. I wouldn’t call it secrets of the pros but it’s a nice marketing and attracting tool for people to buy it.

One being that humans are NOT LIKELY to have high conversion of extra carbs to fat...(DNL - de nuovo lipogenesis) - and knowing certain specific facts could make DRASTIC CHANGES in someone's eating habits...so you could have tons of carbs - and loose fat - regardless....

BODYBUILDING is unfortunately one of the MOST BORING SPORTS to train, compete and watch...as CREATIVITY is almost PROHIBITED...
There are G-ZILLION exercises that could be done various ways and by changing just one variable - exercises delivers completely new stimulation....and RESULT (according to that particular stimulus)...
Why are you lifting EXACTLY THE SAME - every single repetition?
What - changing speed, angle, grip, range of motion, tempo, angle, plane of the movement, eccentric/concentric contractions....would NOT be promoting RIGHT STIMULATION...maybe?
I can predict 90% of the bodybuilders routines...and diets...pretty much...as it is no brainer...Most of you here can do the same...
Did you ever wonder: does it have to be that way?
I advised hundreds (if not thousands) and it is ALWAYS: MONKEY LAW...
Diet: egg whites/oatmeal/chicken/steak/rice/potato/vegetables....Hallelujah!

I trained Giant sets for a few months now, and have made good results.
So, when i came to giant sets, it was a relief at first. Volume was high, load was significantly lower but i felt great.
Now after a while i came to love the freedom you have with giant sets. You can work any muscle you want (DC wants you to do certain areas together) and you can do every exercise you like.
Then i started playing around with other training principles. Giant sets superslow? Hell yeah. Giant sets TUT? Oh Yes. Giant sets REST PAUSED?? WTF, i loved it. Giant sets pyramids? sometimes up, sometimes down.
You can do virtually everything with giant sets, sometimes i do a week or two of real high load with slightly lower reps for 2 cycles then 1-2 "normal" giant sets after that.
all in all, i have to say i love the exhaustion and the burn that comes with it, i love the pump but the best is the overall freedom and the frequent changes. It's a new training style for me every week.
