How can I have lost "Alot of size"
I have dieted down in the past, actually last year, from not a near high bodyweight. I used the Traditonal methods of eating 300-350 grams of protein and cycling carbs...with about 250 being highest and 100 being the lowest.
I was smaller and not near as lean. My overall bodyweight was less and I felt awful.
I came in bigger this year,stronger and fell perfect. I can mantain my condition indefinitely now with my approach and I can even go LEANER. ANYTIME I WANT! ITs really too easy.
Furthermore Whateva has been training straight for over 17 years and is his 30s. He is one inch shorter than me as he claims,and weighs less than I do.
My conditioning was better. So keep those facts in mind when you are trying to judge me. :)

my metabolisim is very fast still...i eat carbs all day long in the offseason and have ab's, but to get that freak ripped look...i have to switch to fats.
i'll stick with what i'm doing....its working, and thats all that matters

Another observation: Cutler lacks a "fifth gear". By that I mean when he flexes, nothing really pops out. There are no surprises.
Don't get me wrong, he looks great, but when Coleman flexes, not only is he freaknormously huge, but muscles just pop out from nowhere and in all different directions.

It depends on whether I'm eating to grow, lean out or prepare for endurance events. Right now I have been doing a lot of traveling and working too much, so my diet sucks. I have been using Connelly's protein for several months, and in spite of eating like crap, I've managed to stay somewhat lean and keep my strength levels up**.
I am going to try to put in a good 8-10 weeks of intense training after October, when I will be done traveling for the rest of the year. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of shape I can get into.

I am trying to grow but remain under 13 percent bf. I was 11 percent last week. I had taken a break from training and need to get bigger. I am taking in 3400 cals per day. I am taking in about 225 grams protein. I used to follow ratios of fat pro and carbs. I was taking in 3200 last week and was losing weight. I will pm you more if you have some time to helo me out,

When I started dieting I was 214 lbs. On colored pics I was aroung 185 and on the black and white pic I was 177 lbs. I am 5'7"
I started my diet with about 300 gr of protein / 150 of carbs/ 50 gr of fat.. But I did zigzag it quit a bit... It worked great for me.

Firstly, I don't really want to insult your girlfriend as she doesn't post here but since we seem to be comparing I will take it upon myself to join in.
Your girlfriend's face seems to have issues in the stage pics you posted. Whether they are lesions, some type of skin disease or whether she just has that sunken face AIDS victim thing going on - I am unsure - but her face is not very pleasant. I will say she has a good physique.

That is sad... Intelligent she is. She is in fact very intelligent and is working in research for a Swiss Pharmaceutical Co. (Sandoz). Speaks 4 languages. English, Spanish, French, Italian. She is been practicing martial arts since she was 6 and is a black belt 4th danes. So I would say that in all areas she would make Jezebelle look really bad. more intelligent, in better shape for sure and 10X more beautiful....
My guess is that the problem comes for the color of her skin but you are too pussy to admit it....
