I think there's a few ways to think about this. I didn't read the discussion on the post but have liked this Adam fella previously. Thoughts?
I have this 58 or 59 year old friend who I've deadlifted with for 10 or 15 years, I forget exactly. He grinds out heavy deads every week with his back bending like a banana. On top of working as a painter hauling paint cans up 8 stories and so on. Here he is with 562lbs at 182lbs. Lifetime nachuralo.

Question is, should he stop or keep it going ('use it or lose it')?
