I was talking about behind the neck. I don't do dumbbell presses in the front, just dumbbell.
when i do dumbbell presses, I let the medial end of each barbell touch my front delt. Is that too far down. Some say you bring them down to where they are on the level same as your head.

i've pressed 315 seated with nothing in me at a bodyweight of 235. i can press 225 all day long, its not even that heavy. if you've been training hard for 4 years you should be able to press over two plates easy.

Na for real man. Military press weight increased directly proportionate to my bench. Unless you hit a monster plateu it is not only possible but expected to get to 225.

I've popped my shoulder on heavy db presses twice!   Suffice it say I only use free weight bb, smith and hammer strength for presses now.

how do you know when you cant grow any more (if youre a natural). Like do you see that in a year the gains are comming few and far inbetween. I only ask because i can be classified as a farely big guy and i havent really been training as crazy as i can as well i have never stuck to a supplement plan. and i still look like a body builder. And i tell myself that if i stuck to a supplement plan and a tough training regiment i have a long way before i top out

i am a natty, but you are just limiting yourself. kiwi is a monster and is a natty, he looks to be twice the size of alexx. you have bad genetics my friend i cant understand why people hype adonis etc.. any gym is filled with natty's that look way better.

damn kiwi! how long you been in it? that's pretty thick? what were your stats in that shot body size wise?

I've been going on and off for about 10 years now. Am 30 and weigh about 220 @ 5'8" plus. But I look really, really dense and thick and am constantly told that I can easily pass for someone who weighs 240 - 245 lbs, although I'm a fat f*ck as well Grin

Thanks mayne. If you asked Adonis, he'd probably say I'm sitting at about 60% BF or something, but I'm about 16% in that shot.
