I work out the old fashion way barbells & dumbells , but hey maybe one can get huge using a BowFlex lol

Ellington Darden, who assisted Arthur Jones with Nautilus in getting Oliva in the shape that beat Schwarzenegger in '72, endorses em.  ;D The smart ones like him & Yates use everything, instead of just free weights.

Who knows? He compared them with Nautilus machines that Oliva said were better than free weights.  ;D

Oh he endorses the BowFlex? lol and FYI Sergio lost to Arnold 72 and he lost to Bill Pearl in 1971 while he was training under Jones , so much for machines and how many pros built their phsyiques with a BowFlex again? lol

This ND's truly ignorant. Sergio in fact said that he wishes he'd stayed on the program, which probably means he'd have won the Olympia in '72-'74.

Jones worked him to much he was the Flex Wheeler of his day , lazy and his diet sucked , he couldn't beat Arnold because he didn't have the heart and he didn't have a BowFlex lol

I had one..it was a peice of crap! The seat would fall everytime I would do an incline bench press. I almost threw out my back and almost tore something when the seat fell...

The weights..its not real weight! I think I got the one that had 250-350 pounds power rods. I was doing the whole stack for reps for the chest....250-350 bowlex pounds is not the same thing as real weight like they claimed it was...

Took too much damn space....was a waste of money! It wasnt worth the 1800 I paid for it!
