The smart ones like him & Yates use everything, instead of just free weights. |

Jones worked him to much he was the Flex Wheeler of his day , lazy and his diet sucked , he couldn't beat Arnold because he didn't have the heart and he didn't have a BowFlex lol |

I had one..it was a peice of crap! The seat would fall everytime I would do an incline bench press. I almost threw out my back and almost tore something when the seat fell...
The weights..its not real weight! I think I got the one that had 250-350 pounds power rods. I was doing the whole stack for reps for the chest....250-350 bowlex pounds is not the same thing as real weight like they claimed it was...
Took too much damn space....was a waste of money! It wasnt worth the 1800 I paid for it!
