I am so happy for him, he deserved it, at least someone who look like a bodybuilder won. I hope that's just a start for the future.

Hello there Serge, its Increadible to have a BB legend here @ Getbig, although im certain yourve been asked this qestion many times, whats your take on the 1972 Olympia as in a "FIX" or a Legit decision? myself and thousands of others have now seen the 36 yr old grainy footage of the 72 show on DVD, and my take is SERGIO looked Fantastic while Arnold appeared alittle more Polished, interested in yr veiw cause no-one was closer to the action than you being there on stage, also its hard to pick a year when YOU were at yr Peak..was it 72,73,75? Thankyou Serge Johnny. :) :) :)

Yes for me Sergio was the best at this contest.

I was at my best 12 days before the South Africa contest in South Africa, you must know already what happened there. And too at the WABBA world Championship in Essen Germany I think it was in 1978.

Yes Trev, maybe that's the start of changing the way to see bodybuilding. But I hope that he will stay the way he looks and does want to be pregnant too.

I agree. Dexter is Mr Olympia now, so he has to continue to play HIS game and improve what he brings to the sport. He doesn't have to play the size game and compete with the "pregnant" monsters.

My only disappointment with the Olympia though was if Dexter and Heath are in the top 3, how come Silvio Samuel was 7th??!!!! He looked fantastic!

Silvio is a good freind of mine and a nice guy too, we trained together in Spain when he was living there. Yes he looks very good.

It is said that Steve Michalik was to be the third man competing with Lou and Arnold in the 1975 Mr. Olympia. A few days before the Mr. Olympia he (Steve) had a car crash and was unable to compete. Is this story true?

Please tell us more about the situation surrounding your entry into the 1975 Mr. Olympia.

Thank you for your wishes. I did not know that Steve Michalik was going to compete at the South Africa Mr.Olympia.

About the situation in South Africa you will be able to read that in my new book coming soon "70 Years Young"

I really don't like coffee, bur I drink before training to give me some motivation.

serge, did you eat before your workouts?
to have Nutrients and protein in your blood
so when your blood went into your muscle it filled it with nutrients?
or do you feel that blood without nutrients is just as good, cuz in your training it says "keep blood in the muscle for a long time"
how do you feel about drinking a protein shake during your workout?
