No, never, I never have brakfast in the morning as I train my abs and my legs, but as I eat a lot during the night before (about 10 or 11pm) so I have everthing already there. I never drink protein shake, when you eat 3kg of meat a day, you don't need that.

Of course he tried, but fast he saw that I was not this kind of guy, and after that he became my daughter's godfather, and as he is very religious he never tried again. But many people thought that Paco and me was....But I could give you a list of people...no just joking.

Serge , whatever happened to Gerard Buinoud? Didnt you train with him? Is he still alive? Also , I remember a great article in the old Muscle Training Illustrated Magazine in which you put Manuel Perry through his most brutal calf training ever. He said it was the most intense calf workout ever.

Ye I saw Gerard last year he is still training, he live in the city of Lyon (France).

Yes I use to do my calf 4 times a week, 2 days very heavy and 2 days light, about one hour for every work out.

Hello all. Flex Magazine and Bodyfitness Magazine are now attending the Seminar in Romford on Sat 29th November. Serge is currently training 4 hours a day, 6 days a week to be in shape for this event. PM me today or call for tickets.....

Wow! at 70 years old!  I know you are using your usual routine but how does this work now timewise? 1 hr for abs / 1 hr per major bodypart x 2 and then an hour for calves?

Also, more normal diet now, or still 90% meat?  Thankyou.

No I don't do any more one hour for abs, because of my hips operation, but still training each muscle group one hour.

Ok, my mistake. I just remember seeing a picture of you and Arnold together in the gym. You were wearing a tracksuit and Arnold might have been in his workout gear. If anyone (Pollux or Trev) remembers the photo, please post it up! :)
