I suggest that anyone taking Milos up on a workout challenge wear something like a full motorcycle helmet. That way when you pass out (and you will) your head won't crack open when it hits the floor. Of course it will be tough in that helmet because you are also going to be vomiting.
I was at the Koloseum Gym doing a photo shoot for BodyBuilding.com and watched Milos lead a group of very serious guys through a leg workout. And it was with some of that light weight you guys are laughing about. I can tell you that nobody was laughing at about half way through.

Well, you witnessed actual taping of the next hardcore episode for the Fitshow...and YES - we were all in trouble (myself included)...but I will let them see the show first...
Someone mentioned arm training with the ladies - being a "cake walk" and I must say due to the way the show was filmed - nobody got the idea of the ACTUAL workout...
So - we had to do it again - and please look for the next ARMS HARDCORE EPISODE of the FITSHOW (this time with guys)...to get the idea of the intensity...
Ladies (Christina and Mona) were doing PROGRESSIVE GIANT SETS.
They would start with superset of one exercise EACH for biceps and triceps...than in their next set (after short rest = 30 seconds) they would repeat previous superset (using slightly heavier weight) + add one more exercise for biceps and one more for triceps [making it a "giant set" consisted of 4 different exercises - without any rest (OK - max 5 seconds) in between]...
After short rest (45 seconds) they would attempt next giant set - this time repeating previous 4 exercises (with slightly heavier weight) + adding 2 more exercises on top...
After short rest (60 seconds) they would attempt next giant set - this time repeating previous 6 exercises (with slightly heavier weight) + adding 2 more exercises on top...
ETC...ETC...ETC...
Their final giant set would be 10 exercises for biceps and 10 for triceps...ON THE GOOD DAY...or 6 + 6 on the average day...
This is just an example...
Hardcore Arms training that we did few weeks ago for the FITSHOW was dramatically harder than this one - and it was taped as actual training.
If you remember - I have been preparing two exceptional Malaysian bodybuilders for the Asian Games - and that was scheduled arm training for them - so I invited Fitshow Crew to come and tape it - for YOU GUYS (bodybuilding fans) ONLY...
Off course I did it so everyone can comment about "brutal" weight, nonsense approach, worthless training principles, stupidity and few other things associated with my work and extreme love and understanding of my getbig fans...
So - enjoy it...
