2000-2500 calories per day.
and about 120-150 grams of protein every day.

Damn.  If you'd answered differently, I was planning a joke about your hair being as "natural" as the rest of you.

Many people have a difficult time believing that you're a lifetime natural, but you seem like a straight shooter to me.  It'd be interesting to see what would happen if you allowed yourself a bit more food.

Any chance the supplements you've taken over the years could have contained hormones, as many experts have stated was common?

Another Thumbs-up pics !!

This guy started to workout on Mar 1st 2007 ,and his bodyweight was 136 kgs(300lbs, 165cm ) before!!
Today (Nov 28)he is 96kgs only !!
He lost 40 kgs during 8- month!!!(but he stoped training almost 3 months due to injury)

Here are 2 new pics taken  today
Incredible result !!



His diet & workout :

He start with a very strict and painfull diet :no fat ,no sodium ,low carbs
eat 3 small meals per day (don't eat 3 hours before sleep)

Train with basic free-weght exercises, especial full squat (20-40 reps per set !!)


And Hard Work + Persistance = Success
