my today's shoulders routine as following:
Shrug 8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Cable upright rowing 10-15 reps x 8-10 sets
Dumbell(Cable) side raise 8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Bent-over cable side raise 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets
Two-hand press (machine) 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets
