my today's shoulders routine as following:
Shrug                           8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Cable upright rowing       10-15 reps x 8-10 sets
Dumbell(Cable) side raise  8-10 reps x 8-10 sets
Bent-over cable side raise 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets
Two-hand press (machine) 8-10 reps x 6-8 sets

Recently I doing triceps push-down on preacher bench to isolate my triceps.
And it works very welll.

I train chest & back today.
When doing chest cable cross-over,resting my body on incline bench to avoid momentum.

4% bodyfat ?
That's impossible for me!
i never count the bodyfat %,and maybe i will compete +60 master at international naturals in the future.
