Today chest & back
CHEST:20 sets of barbell bench-press, 10 sets of smith-incline press
BACK : 25 sets of lats pull-down
Abs: hanging legs raise 4 sets x 25 reps

Bench press with 180 lbs to 210 lbs only.

Today's routine
Legs: Smith-machine Squats ( 8 sets of 8-20 reps)


Abs: hanging legs raise with negative force: 20-30 reps x 5 sets
decline board Sit-ups: 20-30 reps x 3 sets
