what about food...what kind of diet are you on?
Now my diet as following:
meal 1, blending juice with whey protein,bread
meal 2,fish or beef with rice,noodle
meal 3, 2 Burger Kings without oil,salt....just bread & beef

meal 4, fish or beef with rice,noodle
meal 5,(before sleep)whey protein
(and eating a lot of fruit every day.)
