JEsus christ lookin good for any age esp 54....Like seriously how does it feel knowing that youre 54 and look better than like 95% of the population...even guys younger. Ever think about that???

you say you train every bodypart twice per week..I think I would get burned out if I did that..how many days per week do you train?

3 days in a row:
1,chest,back
2,shoulders,arms
3,legs
And always 6 days on, 1 day off.

(Moderator made me 3 years YOUNGER ;))

I'm curious, how do you keep your arms from being sore after chest and back for the next day?   ???  I would think doing exercise like rows for example for back would then make the bicep worn down a bit and sore for the next day arm work out.  Doesn't it take about 48 hours for a muscle to recover fully?  Sorry if it is dumb question, but it is something I always wasn't 100% sure about.

Thats true.
Always feel sore almost 40 years ;)

some time my routine switch to 3 days on,1 day off

Now my diet as following:

meal 1, blending juice with whey protein,bread
meal 2,fish or beef with rice,noodle
meal 3, 2 Burger Kings without oil,salt....just bread & beef ;)
meal 4, fish or beef with rice,noodle
meal 5,(before sleep)whey protein

(and eating a lot of fruit every day.)

Do you ever train Max-OT style?  Low Reps, Heavy Weight?

for big muscle such as legs,chest,back, I don't favour "Low Reps, Heavy Weight".
I always apply "high reps"(10-15) for big muscle .
