Looking great. if you had to pick one Trap exercise what would you do ? I would do close grip upright Barbell rows.

big muscle such as chest or back, 20-30 sets.
small muscles: biceps or triceps, 20sets

Wowsah that's a lot, esp for your arms.
For tris, I perform 5-6 sets and then they're sore for 2-3 days. Recently I did 10x10 skulls for triceps and they were toasted for a week.

real meat first! such as chicken breast, beef & fish....

Where do you find the strength and the energy to perform so many sets if you're going to failure each and every time? Normally if you're hitting absolute failure you won't be able to last for very long.

normally my daily workout is within 1 and half hours.
but now only doing 6-8 sets of  squats, since my right-leg was broken 5 years ago.

What are your carbs and fats like? Do you change the ratio of carbs to fat or does this stay constant like your protein intake?
