since half of it is fake i'd say subtract half of whatever you think it is.

anyone that doubts how much food is needed for a hormonized dude of that caliber is a wacko...I eat close to that and i'm nowere near him sizewise...the rice issue...if u like rice..u can eat that much...i do...it's a lot but i eat till i'm stuffed...if u don't like rice , it's unlikely u'll ingest that much even if u try.

hahhahahhahahhahahhahhah aaahhahha

i bet your tiny pathetic ass couldn't eat 4 cups of uncooked rice in a week.  Holy shit, what is it with these loosers lying about stupid shit like this, what happend to the good old days when people used to lie that they go out with a perfect 10 model, or that their dad is a part of the italian mafia.

what a homosexual tool

 ;D

Why search when you can tell me

I just looked it up, its almost a kg of uncooked rice LOL

You would think they would at least try to make it believable when they exaggerate

I hear you all on the exaggeration bit. Like I said before, the site is very impersonal and it seems like Trey has very little to do with its content, apart from his pictures being on there. What his real diet is like, I don't know...

I hope some day, bodybuilders will have the courage to post their real diets, real drug usage, real workout routines, real lifts, etc...

It has a very respectable ability to be stored as glycogen.  It's very low osmolality creates an osmolalic pull that helps "drag" other nutrients (aminos ingested with the wm) through the gut to be taken up into the blood stream faster.
The low osmolality causes a water pulling effect as well, leading to an increase in intracellular fluid levels.  A well hydrated muscle is a more anabolic muscle, and has also shown in studies to be less likely to be catabolized as fuel.

The high molecular weight and low osmolality also greatly increases gastric emptying, so you don't feel "full" very long, which I would imagine, is very beneficial when eating 7 times a day with such large quantities of food.

SO what your saying is that WM makes for a good MRP as well as a Excellent PWO shake??
If this is true then I have NEVER heard of anything that could double as both!

i don't think it's pointless if you actually like what you're eating but Adonis right about watching the Food network, Emiril in particular, for God's sake man eat some cake, sweets, pizza, cheeseburgers, pasta, cereal and so on, live life, you're not going to compete so who cares.

Columbusdude,

WHen in the hell if you dont compete to you eat like that? Are you trying to die of a heart attack?

I don't compete right now, because school is keeping me too busy to do it right. But I definitely want to compete afterwards.

Upthedosage, I just knew you would come to this thread:)

What do you make of my own diet which I gave in this thread? This one is true for sure!

Do you agree with others that it is "pointless" or that I will "die of a heart attack"?

looks good. "pointless," absolutely not. That's a pretty good base diet. I would make sure you have 2-3 days a week where you eat ALOT more carbs, especially with your last 3 meals. Or you could have 1 meal from McDonalds or eat a whole pizza, or something of that nature to break up the monotony. It will also help you keep growing.

Trey does eat like that, I've seen him eating at expos and on MD online.  He's a furnace - he just shovels it down without stopping.
