BENCH

135x10x1
185x5x1
225x5x1
275x5x1
315x5x1
335x5x1
355x5x1
I'd say this is about my limit here as far as easily doable reps. Solid increase for 3 months worth of work. Increased working weight of 10lbs which increased my bench (in theory) 15lbs.. not bad.
225x20x1 easy...

shoulder felt off... sure it had to do with the kettle bell a few days before and then the shoulder work the past monday. So if I plan on playing with the bell alot (which I do) tricep work and back work ONLY after benching

accessory circuits....

Deads

245x3x1
335x3x1
425x3x1
540x8x1 all paused..in hopes of 10 reps with it in the next couple of weeks. REALLY working on my form and positioning and my lowerback feels completely different (in a good way) after this workout than it has in a long time!!!

accessory work tomorrow!!

again..even the day after.. ZERO tightness, weirdness, painfulness, etc. from the typical deadlift session! I must say i'm honestly surprised!

walked 3 miles today at the gym between clients.. this needs to become habit. I'm gaining too much weight too quickly and signs of that are becoming apparent like when I went from 245 to 260 ...260-267ish was fine but now that I tipped the scales at 273 today this has to slow down some!

lmao! what's funny is this whole time my BMI and bodyfat percentage has stayed the same from 260 up to 272 so the ratio surprised me that I gained but damn! I'm almost in another weight class!

Your body mass index changes as you get heavier. You are obese. Hope this helps. :D

walked another 3 miles daily the past few days each... weight's already down to 266 instead of 273! wtf man!

bench

135x3x2
185x3x2
225x3x2
275x3x1
315x3x1
335x3x1
355x3x1
375x3x1 effortless! stayed super tight and focused

...found out what I feel like one of my problems are that still need tweaking. BAR POSITIONING! What I THINK and FEEL is a centered bar..isn't. It is actually a couple inches favoring my right side. Once I made a conscious effort to correct this I it felt comfy and even a few hours after this session I have zero shoulder "chatter" or feeling.

accessory work was the same.. and easier than last go-round. Adaptation is wonderful! HAHA!

next weeks finisher going through ALL the ringers will really be a confidence booster going into this bench meet.

had an outstanding bench session! the first 5/3/ combined bench rotations are always hard but today everything fell right into place!

bench

135x5x1
185x5x1
225x5x1
275x5x1
315x5x1
335x5x1
355x5x1
375x3x1
405xmissed..
flattened out instead of coming up to meet the bar and lost my tightness causing the miss. Had to have a little help through the finish
395x1x1 the ACTUAL weight that I was supposed to be doing for my single went up EFFORTLESSLY! It was the best rep all night and 405 would've gone had I done the same things from start to finish during its attempt! Solid work today...

squats  600 isn't very far away

135x3
225x3
315x3
405x1
495x1 belt only
545x1x2  both high...first one I set the cage up too high and ran into the uprights before getting close..  second attempt felt like my hams hit parallel but my hips didn't drop deep enough and cut too high. The knee wraps, even though they weren't super tight, really locked up just above parallel. I need to get some sleeves.
495x5x1 to finish belt only..AWESOME squatting!  My goal is a 600lb usapl legal squat raw come spring time to do a full meet.

pooped me out..i don't think i'll be doing fuckall tomorrow.  I do have to mention though that I absolutely without a doubt whole heartedly LOVE atlarge nutrition's RESULTS!!!  I didn't take it until my 405 set and felt like a completely different animal within minutes. LOADED with energy and always give me a solid push every time I use it. For those that are interested in samples.. I'd be more than happy to send out a few servings to try. Just pm me or contact me and I'll be glad to send you some.

got first in my nasa east texas regionals meet with a 375 unequipped bench... which i had to triple due to setup...first butt..then heels.. then flat backed that bitch up!

a client of mine ended up setting three state records in the unequipped bench, deadlift, and push/pull total!

pulled 615 last night and missed 635 a couple times...

time to give the deadlift some attention on the high end.

squatted 475 for 7 ROCK BOTTOM! New form needs some work but it REALLY gets me even lower than I ever though possible. NEEDED wraps and a belt and maxing the pull in the same week was stupid..so much for a deload week.

closed the beef builder super elite gripper a few times.. rated between 3.5 and a captain of crush 4, played with some blobs, pinched 2 45plates together and got a moment of airtime before they splayed....still wanting that grip cert!

started the ol'diet at dinner today after my dairyqueen steak finger basket at lunch haha..

had blackened fish with a salad and will have cottage cheese with a half cup of mixed fruit for dessert.

The only carbs I'll have are provided in the diet.. along with RESULTS for training purposes. I'll make sure carbs are kept to a minimum but won't really worry about timing them like cutting them off in the evening, etc. until I stop dropping consistently.

diet has gone solid all day..

no major issues..no cravings with the small net carbs per meal!

Benched 355 for 7 today without much effort! I wouldn't have been able to get 8 though...so racked it up!

Hoping for 375 for 4-5 next week!
